I had worse experience The two that work here I believe this store hasn't been in this location very long, One drinks alcohol while training others and working on job. The management Tara she is afraid to show employees what to do how to do anything correctly she is afraid to do so.. Was hired a month later I had to ask why I never was given certain hiring paperwork it was not done correctly things were not professional..I also never was told the truth about much. She would lie to me and tell me or blame corporate but would never own up.to.any thing. I figure after all this was alot to go through for the amount of pay
.I really felt uncomfortable being lied to or not trained properly I have enough affairs of my own didn't need cosigner I tossed the card. I let things go. One enables the other in that store

Manager is very nice good customer service and great sales/prices moreover the shoes are great.

My nine year old and I went in and tried on shoes for about half an hour. One of the employees even asked us if we were finding everything okay. We went to check out and waited 5-10 minutes for them to find the other shoe. When I pulled out my card she told me that the card reader has been messed up all day and after it declined told me it would have to be cash. If you already knew the card reader was messed up why didn’t you warn people in advance instead of letting us waste our time? Now my son is upset because he didn’t get the shoes he wanted. I work in retail and I wouldn’t have let my customers waste their time like that.
