I have been to the Athens location several times and not once have I ever had a bad experience. All of the estheticians have always been pleasant and professional. The only place I go for waxing.

Called about 10 mins out bc my battery died and explained but they have a 5 min grace period policy that seems to be a nonnegotiable regardless. Just a heads up if you think you might be late. ?
