I bought some hair dye here and I used it it worked okay but not great my
mom bought a nose ring it broke instantly in the hair I bought was crunchy and stuff so for stars everything else was really okay for the times I've been there but overall four stars

Went in after work looking for a few things. Walked in and the lady behind the counter was talking on her cellphone, didn't even acknowledge me. I walked around about 5 minutes or so, still on the phone and she said absolutely nothing to me, offered no assistance whatsoever. I headed for the door and she still was on the phone. I thought if she saw me walking out she would say something. How wrong was I!! Horrible customer service.

I called asked for a product she told me they didn’t have it without even looking got it. Poor customer service. I won’t be going there to shop!

Hours online and on the door say they are open until 7:00pm, but the store was already closed when I got there at 6:30pm.

It’s 12 noon; open sign is on but the door it locked. But I saw a person in the store. Yeahhh lol never again. First and LAST time trying to shop.

Google says you’re open at 10am on weekdays, as does the sign on your store. I got here at 10:41, closed, no lights on. I waited 20+minutes. I’ve watched four people pull on the door expecting it to be open just like I did. It’s now 11:10am and still no one inside and the door is locked. Please fix your hours to the times you can actually be open.
