So much for 24 hours being open. They have a person in the store working. However the doors are locked and I was told they open at 530. Why was it confirmed on Google two weeks ago that it's open 24hrs when it's not. Who knows what hours your are actually open as there isn't anything even poster at the building either. If your hours change then make sure that you have updated them as I'm now sol on having gas to get home from working 24 hrs straight. To bad I won't be spending money at this gas station again not that they would care. Thanks again for the companies inability to let the consumer know what hours they are going to be open.

Ex-employee. Was assaulted twice on the clock here and absolutely nothing was done to help either me or my police case. I’ve lost all respect I have for this company and this racetrac in particular. If you wanna have a good time, don’t go here. If you like junkies openly doing drugs and asking you for money, this is your spot.

I would leave zero stars if possible… as someone that works downtown and in the bar industry (which is very prevalent in Athens), I value places that stay open late and that accommodate service industry workers… And to be even more specific, this location would rather act like they are closed instead of taking care of their customers… it took 3 phone calls to this location before I could get anyone to even answer and before I could even get someone to take my cash payment for gas… This specific location is the reason why QuickTrip succeeds in Athens and why no one in the service industry DT will visit the Oconee Street location…. Please take your business elsewhere before you even consider going to this location

After I spent $58 on gas I learned the Bathrooms locked, at 2:30 am. I should feel lucky the store was even open. I asked an associate if I could please use the restroom as I have an hour drive to which she obliged politely if I agreed to keep the banner up blocking entrance. Gratefully I did so. Upon leaving the manager on duty yelled across the room, “THE BATHROOM IS CLOSED!!” I didn’t return a response as I’d be yelling too, to which the manager screamed, “HELLLLOOOO. THE BATHROOM IS CLOSED”. To which I finally responded angrily, stop yelling at me across the store and speak to your associate. The whole point of locking the door on night shift is for them to have less to clean. I’m sorry it’s a part of your job to clean it, but locking it from paying customers is unacceptable. I’ll be attending the shell up the street with my business needs from now on. At least they’ll oblige you if you ask nicely for the key and aren’t drunk.

completely AWFUL racetrac. the women’s bathroom was closed for “maintenance” when the workers were clearly just hanging out in there, the froyo machines were watery and gross, and everyone was rude. we went back not even an hour later because i lost my ring and the store was closed. all of the doors were locked and when i rang into the box to ask about my ring the young blonde lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and raised her voice, got an attitude with me, and was straight up nasty. she said she couldnt let me in to check for the ring myself, WHY would a 24 hour store not be allowed to let customers in??? 0/10 stars, NEVER going back here. thanks for nothing racetrac…

Don't come here manager saw me throw away a drink that came out watery decided I'd go to QT instead and told me that I needed to pay and I told him that was a shame because businesses don't operate to force payment for something that isn't made correctly and he called me a racial slur and walked away NEVER AGAIN.

After a long trip and stopping to use the restroom my family found the men’s restroom closed due to a broken pipe and my little brother needed to use the restroom. My mom sent him into the vacant women’s restroom and stood by the door to inform other women as they enter. A station attendant rudely yelled across the store at my mom telling her that she was causing a problems. And she said that my mom was not allowing other women to go in the restroom which is a lie ( hince ) the one star but if I could I would rate this place a one star. Bring as she was so rude mother chose not to patronize this place

This RaceTrac every time I come in here the young lady blonde always got the bathroom locked very bad attitude towards customers say dirty, nasty stuff to me, I do not recommend this RaceTrac to anyone I’ve been a Long time , Customer of RaceTracShe threatened to call the police on me because I asked her how long will it be for the bathroom opens and she said go home and use your own bathroom. I pay for gas snacks and I should have the right to use the bathroom when I come through.
