I would give this place negative stars if I could. I tried to get the name of the lady that was so problematic but all I have is a description. White woman, somewhere in her 40’s, strong accent that sounded slightly northern, long 90’s style blonde hair with fluffed up fringe bangs. My partner and I were there for some bloodwork, we arrived at 7:45 am with no appointment (walk-ins are accepted). We were the second car in the parking lot, assuming the first one was an employee that worked there, because no one was in the waiting room and no patients came out during our wait. We sat in the lobby until 8:35 am listening to this woman in the room behind the lobby being excessively loud, sounded like she was having a therapy session, but never heard someone else’s voice. No idea if she was on the phone or speaking to someone in the room with her. But the range of topics she was blowing on about were not indicative of an actual therapy session, very dramatic. You could hear every choice word and rude/hateful thing she was saying. While we waited, 3 more people came in and sat in the lobby, and one additional employee arrived as well. She said good morning to everyone waiting in the lobby and we never saw or heard her again. Finally, a girl came to the door and called my partners name… we sat in the room with the girl while she tried to get our tests pulled up and this woman that we had been hearing from the lobby is walking in and out of the room, going on and on talking so loudly and excessively about anything and everything. Her demeanor was as if she was the only woman in the whole building, never once acknowledged us or anyone else. The facility said it opened at 7:00 am, and with no patients there when we arrived, I cannot understand why we had to wait until 8:35 to be seen when it was very obvious she was not doing anything the whole time she was venting. No movement in the room, nobody else talking. One of the things that stood out to me was something she said about “he left a big ole peanut butter poop stain in my toilet!! Who does that?!” (To give context to the type of subjects she was droning on about.) Once we were in the room with the girl, we could hear the lady take another patient to the room at the back end of the hall, we were in the first room where it sounded like she was having her vent sesh while we waited, but the whole time this woman was with her patient we could hear her like she was in the room with us, she was SO loud and off-putting.To end the story, we never got the lab work done because the girl couldn’t figure out which test code she needed to use for one of the tests and we were running out of time, and had to get ourselves to work. The young girl was not rude to us, just quiet and calm, seemed to just be complacent with the way the abrasive lady is. I don’t have anything bad to say about her. But overall, it was obvious that the woman felt she could conduct the business on her own personal schedule, without consideration for the patients who are there DURING operating hours.I currently work in HR for a company that uses Quest for our drug screens. I’ve never had to go there before personally, but I send people there all the time. Needless to say, I will no longer be using their facilities. I’ve never experienced such brash, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior from a testing facility before. Not sure who this lady is, but she appeared to be the one “in charge”, and if that’s the best they can do, I will not continue to send them our business.Additionally, the facility was very underwhelming. Very dated and not well cared for, can’t begin to think what their standard for sanitization is. Counters and shelves in disarray with papers and test tubes and equipment. The lobby initially looked decent, but where you could see in behind the window and once we went behind the door to the hallway and rooms, it was like stepping back in time. Completely different environment.I expected more from such a well-known company as Quest.

Cinthia was very patient and understanding when i came in for my urine drug test today, i have a shy bladder so it took a couple of tries and she maintained a positive attitude all through it. Thanks!

I unfortunately have to come here almost every month and I absolutely despise it. There is nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom, there is NEVER soap, and the people who work here are moody and rude. I never thought a company like quest labs would have such a trashy facility.

I just left here after getting my blood drawn. I was nervous and scared, but the nurse who drew my blood was amazing. She listened to my concerns and kept me calm the whole time. This was the best experience I ever had and I've been having regular blood tests for over 6 years. I was still flustered afterwards and I didn't know how to thank her, so I gave her one of my art stickers. I hope she has an amazing life.

Everyone at this facility was so kind and friendly. The person that checked me in was so kind and personable, even gladly going out of his way to help a lost person who wondered in find the facility in the complex he was looking for. The lady that drew my blood made me feel so comfortable. She was so kind, personable and friendly. It was as if these people worked in hospitality rather than medicine. Hope they are all there if I ever visit agsin.

Walked in needing a nicotine blood test. Q was extremely friendly and helpful in instructing us on how to go about ordering it online and then she did the blood draw and processed it. They also do our yearly blood work and always with a smile.

Staff was very friendly, facility clean & easy to sign in. Very short wait time and Quanisha went above and beyond! I have a vasovagal response to getting my blood drawn and she took care of me very well! Really appreciate Q going the extra mile for me and making the process smooth and comfortable. Also I didn’t even feel the needle stick. Very pleased with this visit.

Quest is terrible. The company I work at started using them for some crazy reason. Now we can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone, much less actually come do the drug test. Thankfully next week we will not be using this company anymore. This will be one of the biggest company losses probably in their history. When you can't perform, you lose business.

When it's time for labs, this is where I go. The business is simple, efficient, and professional.

I want to say that I had an awesome nurse Ms. Q! Everything was great with Ms.Q. However, I went back today to drop what I was suppose to drop off today and got there 10 min before they were to close and the door was locked. The hour of operation says they close at 4pm so I would think the doors would be locked at 4pm and not at 3:49pm. I understand you want to get home but please change your time to we will stop seeing clients at 3:49pm.
