Found this company by Internet search that took me to their website. I located this company along with two others that I chose based on reviews. One company never called me back after several calls and leaving a message. The woman who I talked to was friendly and informative. She quoted the lowest price to replace the glass in a window at my daughter's house. I actually took the old glass by and dropped it off for measurements and was told someone would call me to schedule the install. I got a call the very next morning saying they could install that day. I met the installer who worked efficiently to install the glass in a much better fashion than I could. The cost was the minimum rate quoted, NO jacking up the price with frivolous excuses. I was very happy with the work and the cost. I will certainly keep Quality Glass in my reference file for future needs and I recommend you do too.

Quality workmanship, helpful employees and shows up on time for appointments. I replace a transom window in my master bath and replaced a broken switch on a bedroom window. Hope even let me film her operating my house windows that open an unusual way, for future reference for cleaning.

Excellent company. I hve done business off and on with them for 9 years and have never had a problem. My only advice is know what kind of cut you want before you start. They will go over the different kinds so take your time when you decide.

Quality Glass replaced the glass panel on my door. Work materials and installation was fine. HOWEVER, I was "estimated" 1.5 hours installation at $150 an hour. I wasn't home and paid the bill over the phone that was exactly the amount of the estimate. When I got home my husband said they were only here 30 min. So I asked them to credit me the labor cost back. I sent screen shots from my home camera to show the time they arrived and left. THEN I was told they charge a minimum of 1 hour labor and they charge travel time. After escalating I was told "Unfortunately, in the economy we are in we have to cover the cost of fuel, labor, wages, etc we cannot simply drive to ____ for free." Athens to my home is a 28 min drive. NONE of this was listed on my estimate or invoice.Glass panel door replacement cost in total was $451.80. I was over charged by $150 not including whatever they marked up the materials. So make sure you ask questions before the work is done because your not getting it back after.

Called this week to inquire about getting a piece of glass cut. I believe I spoke to Connie and she seemed irritated when I would ask questions. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional, she needs some lessons on customer service. Needless to say, I did not do business with them.

Nothing but great things to say about Quality Glass. I have had two shower doors installed by them. They look amazing, and the tech that installed them did a fantastic job and left the space cleaner than when they got there. If you are in the market for shower doors, or anything glass for that matter, give Quality Glass a call!

Literally go anywhere else. Quality starts with t company values, and that is simply not up to standard. Get your glass from a dumpster before you support this business. Run far away.

Best experience ever . We needed a shower door custom built for our master bath . Hope did an amazing job on the install . Since then I’ve called on QC on multiple remodels . Always had a great experience. These folks are great to work with, fair on price and great customer service . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
