“The staff are great, always pleasant and helpful. The prices are generally good and they have frequent sales. The only issue I've seen is that they don't properly house the crested geckos. I'm not familiar with the appropriate care for the other animals they have for sale there, but the cresteds are kept too warm with not enough humidity or foliage.”

“This place an absolute gem.
Every time I come in this store (which is a lot), they are always so helpful, accommodating to my needs and are extremely knowledgeable about the fish and care that comes with it.

They have even gone as far as allowing me to exchange fish that didn’t go well with my tank (due to different temperaments of the fish I already have). Even though it is quite unconventional to have fish traded out, they have been so kind and generous to me, whereas other places may not be as lenient or understanding. They truly care about the livelihood of the fish and I respect that so much.

My tank is now 100% complete and I now have a good group of fish that are happy and healthy. All thanks to this place!!! I am positive that I will never find a better fish store. Yay! Love them.

“Mr gunner.. you say you knew your dog was pregnant. Yet you still took it in to have process done. Don't you think you have alot to do with the problem. Besides your dog will get over that feeling. It's natural for them to let go of offspring.. it's us that has the problem of letting go. And believing family stays together.”

“I have never been to a pet sense before but I decided to stop by for the first time to see what they had. They don't have a lot of fish tanks but the ones that they did have were extremely clean. All of their fish were healthy and happy so I took the chance to buy some. The employees were very sweet and helpful. They made sure I already had a set up and cycled tank prepared. They had snakes, lizards and a tortoise along with the few fish and betta fish. They had a variety of pet supplies and pet food. They even had a machine to make your pets name tags. The thing I fell in love with the most though was a sweet cat they had for adoption there. His name was Miso. Miso was not the only cat there for adoption but he's the one I wanted. All you have to do for the adoption is pay a small fee and fill out some paperwork and you get to take your new fluffy friend home!!! ❤️”

“I have taken Rigsby to Bark Dog Spa for almost 2 years. He is groomed and bathed regularly (like every 4 weeks so that’s a lot of grooms and baths) and we love what they do every time.

He smells great, he looks adorable, he feels good… but my favorite part is that he absolutely loves it there. The people who work at Bark Dog Spa are highly skilled and we have never received a groom we didn’t absolutely love, but they love my dog so well. He literally runs in the door and is so happy to see them. And that makes me feel so good about their service.

Oh! And he’s never there all day which is also amazing and wonderful! He is a doodle with lots to wash and dry, and they are always calling me to let me know he’s done before I know it.

A lot of people are really great at grooming dogs, but not everyone will make your dog love being groomed.Thank you to each of the girls who has worked on Rigsby!
