Doug is absolutely terrible. He’s past his prime and didn’t even know how to hook up the car correctly. Go anywhere but here. Wheels scratched on 3 rims, front of car scratched, offered no assistance. Rude and arrogant.Service: Car towing

Awful service, the large and in-charge gentleman (for lack of a better term) felt his business being open until 5 means at 4:10 he was done working. His choice of rhetoric was poor, and feeling the need to let me know he’s been working since 7. I’d rather take a loss of a whole car rather than having to deal with him again, or better yet ever having to lay my eyes on something so hideous.Service: Car towing

Had them pull a Chevy 1500 out of a ravine. We’re extremely helpful with lots of advice on the upcoming steps. Will absolutely use again if we need.

First time I ever needed a wrecker service so I wasn't sure what to expect. Oldham's was quick to get out to me, professional when dealing with me, and genuinely nice to deal with. Great service!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their owners! Let me start out by saying that I am a middle aged woman and was by myself, with the exception of my miniature schnauzer Kipper, and have very limited knowledge of cars. I just knew my car wasn’t drivable, I was nervous and I needed help. I found Oldhams on the internet and upon calling, their response was friendly and prompt!! Upon arrival the driver introduced himself and after getting me (and Kipper) to safety Doug inquired about what happened. After discussing this he got my car and we were on our way back to the shop at which point he put my mind at ease. Doug was extremely professional and personable! Once at the shop I met Dougs son and found out that dougs father had started the business in the 50’s. Doug and his son went out of their way to get me back on the road safely! Some people reading this review might think this is what their job is so what’s the big deal? The big deal is, in my experiences anyway, MOST American owned businesses no longer go out of their way to help the customer. To further ensure that others understand how Oldhams is committed, considerate and caring I can tell you that even though it was Dougs son’s birthday and they had dinner plans, I, the customer, came first! We all endure mishaps throughout our day and I could look at the situation as a negative that my car broke down. Instead I choose to look at it as meeting 2 wonderful people today that own a business where I will feel comfortable in the future dealing with as well as referring anyone having car issues in the Athens area.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I recently had my plates changed; however, could not get my rusted screw off for the life of me. I pulled in on a Saturday Afternoon and they took care of the issue right there on the spot. Great service!
