Great experience! I highly recommend service advisor Jonathan M. & his associates; they informed me of major issues with my Pathfinder before the symptoms got out-of-hand. My car wouldn’t be driving today without them!

I booked an appointment online for an oil change for a Nissan NV 3500. Upon arrival it was unclear where to go and chaotic due to the remodeling and construction zones. An associate stopped me, confirmed with me that I was driving an NV, and then directed me to drive to the garage. I arrive at the garage and while it is busy, I’m starting to feel ignored as I wait to enter. Another associate finally approaches me to let me know that he doesn’t think my van, with its roof rack, can be accommodated; and he lets me know that this location isn’t NV certified. I am turned away from getting an oil change and advised to call locations to confirm that they are NV Certified prior to arrival for an oil change. First, I suggest that associates know what their garage door clearance is rather than eyeballing and guessing if a vehicle can clear a door (my van clears 9’ 6” and the door appeared to be either 10 or 11’). Second, if a location cannot service an NV 2500 or 3500, then it should not be possible to book an appointment for that make and model online: disable that option from the user interface and communicate to your user that the location is not NV Certified and cannot accommodate an oil change.

Service has been excellent so far. I haven't had an issue and they give veterans discounts. I have been using them exclusively since I got my car.

Nissan of Athens has been taking care of myself and my family for over a decade. In the world of customer care and business in general, I’m sure there’s no finer human being than Jerry Booker. He has cultivated a culture of excellence at this location, and the service department is second to none. Serge has been my representative within the service department, and I cannot say enough good things about him and the way I’ve been treated by the entire staff there. Tony has also been an integral part in making sure my needs have been met, both on my vehicle itself and me personally while I wait for service. I have no idea if this is how all Nissan dealerships are run, but this place is so amazing that I’ll be a lifelong customer.

Took vehicle in for service quote. Gave us a bogus quote for repairs that didn't need to be done for over $1000. Took to different repair shop and received honest repairs. Don't go to Nissan dealership!

Nissan services in a full of crap. You make a 12:00pm appointment for oli change. My truck sit in the back for a hour and 30 minutes and service still not done this is the second time. I took my truck in and couldn't get nothing done to it. I'm nit happy with the service department!

I have not used their sales, only service.The service department has been very good. That were corrrct on both time and cost while being pleasant and not trying to sell extra service.It seems to be a good plac.

Terrible experience with the service center. My car had issues that were covered under an extended warranty put out by Nissan but I was the one who had to provide video proof and the entire process took well over a month. Plus communication was terrible throughout the entire process.

.I was very happy to change the oil of my car one day and they told me that I need to wait for an hour and a half to two hours. When I waited for two and a half hours, I went to ask them and they came back to me. Hours Since the wait is three hours, it should not be said to wait for an hour and a half to two hours. This is very bad to deceive customers

Very nice service employees and they have complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait on your vehicle. Always bring my new Sentra to them for any maintenance.

They are a SCAM and they defraud people. They take great joy in trying to milk their customers dry of every penny for fake issues they "find". Go find an honest mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance
