Its 10 am......and the store is closed. I have to be at work at 1030. Don't believe the posting of positive reviews. The customer service is horrible. Dude was late. Had a attitude. Then locked the door behind him when here . If I could give him zero stars I would. When we finally got in he took more time to set up. 3 folks were waiting. He stated he was late cause here doesn't live here and has another job. Sir......most of us do. But we get to work on time. You made people late with your inability to plan. My manager didn't go for your excuse. The only reason I didn't get a write up is because iam literally always on time.

Never got any service at all. Employees were not even in the store. They were hanging out in the parking lot smoking and on the phone. They watched us walk in and laughed when we walked and got in our car. This location should be shut down.. I only left a star because I had to

very bad service in this store, I took my friend to pay his phone bill and they did not accept cash told him and my friend wanted to exchange his phone for a new one and they started speaking in English thinking that I didn't understand why I I was talking in Spanish with him and they wanted to sell him the cheapest phone they had so they could sell him all the advice that he didn't need and since we told him that he didn't want it they said that they could charge him in cash if he bought all the advice and how He told them that he just wanted the new phone and to pay his bill. They let him have to go to another subway. The truth is that they are very bad with the customer.

Brought my niece to the metro store for her to get a new phone and trade in her previous iPhone….. so she gets the new iPhone, 15, two weeks after getting it the wall charger that was given with the phone will not charge the phone! The only way the phone would charge is if you set it on a wireless charger! So she called and spoke with the manager named Maria, who is the same person that sold her the new phone and was told three or four days in a row that it would be ready the following day. After two days of that, she was told by Maria that Maria had to pick up the phone somewhere in Winder! And two days after all of this, the phone finally makes this way to the store! we show up Sunday, February 25, 2024 turn in the old one & FINALLY pick up the new phone that Maria had to go to Winder and pick up. After being told Saturday afternoon that the Phone would be ready Sunday morning and she would be there we arrive she’s not there, another associate is and we were told it would be a quick in and out!after an hour and 15 minutes we finally have the new phone and are heading home! This place is a disaster, I would avoid it all calls, hell I wouldn’t even drive by it again, if possible!
