These group of workers are the best I’ve ever dealt with! I would give a 20 star if I could. Took my car in for service and I was given a loaner Mercedes to drive while being fixed! I’ll buy my next Mercedes from the dealership in Athens.

Out of state buyer was speaking with Tonya. Had to initiate followup every step of the way. She said she would send pictures, never did, had to follow up. She said she would speak to sales manager about taking a few hundred dollars off the price, never heard back. Tried to follow up, again, did not hear back. I should not be the one initiating every single step of the deal. Was ready to buy, but sale was lost due to such poor customer relations.

Very well coming, very clean, including bathrooms. Was offered beverages of my choice. my salesman Robert was very knowledgeable and very professional. All paperwork went smoothly because everyone was professional and knew how to take care of customers.

Customer service is usually great but this time it wasn't. I was told that if I get the diagnostic fixed I wouldn't have to the Pay for the diagnostic fee. However they made me pay for the fee. I've been using them since 2022 but I'll be going to another service dealership

Brought my 2024 c300 in for a problem that can not be fixed . Mercedes has to update some software for all of the c300 s . Took in on 3/29 , did not get a service ticket at the time . Sent e mail requesting ticket on 4/3 to tech advisor. No response. Called advisor 2 days later . Left voicemail . No response . Finally requested from a sales manager . Got service ticket on 4/10 . Not happy with these people .
* 4/26/24 - I have now had my 2024 C300 purchased from MB of Athens for 30 days . We are still unable to use the navigation system as intended. The major reason for us buying the vehicle was so my wife would have a car with a state of the art navigation system. We, in my opinion have a new vehicle that has a flawed navigation system. The system is unsafe, distracting, and confusing. When you have the navigation system and the entertainment system both on, you hear those two things at the same volume. In other vehicles I have owned, the entertainment system automatically mutes so you can hear navigation announcements.
The situation was discovered, when my wife tried to drive home from the dealership after delivery of the car. She had a bad confusing experience which in turn leads to a terrible car buying experience. On the way home after delivery of the vehicle, she called the salesman. She complained that she could not get the system to work correctly. It’s my opinion, that both my wife and the salesman became frustrated with each other: the salesman in trying to overcome a flaw in the car, and my wife trying to understand what she was doing wrong. I also had a bad experience when I took the car in 3 days later to find out what was wrong with the system.
The software flaw in the navigation and entertainment system has caused a contentious relationship with the dealership. Awaiting a software fix from MB .
* 9/3/24 - 8 months now , and still no fix for the software flaw . You can not use the navigation system and the entertainment system at the same time . 2 voices at the same volume are very confusing . MB does not care .

I had a great experience with the service providers. They picked my car up and brought a loaner to my home. They did a great job with my A service on my S Class and I will be using them from now own.
