Don't recommend quick pickup orders from this location:Paid for an item online and scheduled for same day pickup. ONE ITEM for a total of $17 is all the order total was yet 4 hours later the item still wasn't ready. Moved my order to Madison, GA location and it was ready in less than 20 minutes.

I always go to Lowe's because I don't care much for too much orange but the service has really gone down over the last few years. They used to be a service oriented company and made a point to greet all customers but these days they try not to make eye contact because they don't want to give you a chance to ask any questions.Updated. It's been a few years since I left that review. It's still the same except that bathrooms are more run down. Also it is frustrating that many things are out of stock so I often end up using my Lowe's Amex at Home Depot

I am posting this for Mrs Paula Leavitt. She was in your store last night and wanted to be sure that Kyle and Stewart are recognized for their kindness to her.I went to Lowe’s last night - 2 days before Christmas - to get one last gift. I am old and disabled and, since I’ve been using a rollator walker, I’ve really noticed how rude and impatient many people are so I dreaded the venture into the store especially since it’s so hard to get anyone to help you in the big stores anymore. Also, the item I wanted was big and heavy so it all seemed very daunting. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I snagged the first employee I saw and asked when I might find the item I wanted. His name was Kyle and he took me to the correct area of the store, helped me select what I was looking for, loaded it up on a cart and went with me to check out. Another employee, Stewart, came up to Kyle while we waited at checkout and said he had a customer wanting paint mixed and he didn’t know how to do that. So Kyle said he would go and mix the paint if Stewart would help me get checked out and load my item into my vehicle. So Stewart did exactly that even rearranging the stuff in the back of my van to make room. So kudos to Lowe’s and especially to Kyle and Stewart for such wonderful customer service. They were both so nice, so helpful and patient with an old lady who moves slowly. I hope they see this so they can know they made my day and renewed my faith in people.

They tried to be helpful, but their plumbing associate had no idea what I should buy to replace the broken piece I had there with me and no idea how to find out what to buy. Had to go to Hone Depot to get help.

BEWARE! Lowe's has changed their military discount requirement AGAIN. Now they not only want to see your driver's license they are SCANNING it into their system! Why do they need that? Sounds like a good chance for Identity Theft to me. I won't be shopping there again. Great way to thank your Veterans!
