Went in to buy a rechargeable fan. Price clearly states it’s 99.00. To it up to self checkout. It rang 129.00. Told the cashier the difference in price. She told me to go back and take a picture of the price. I proceeded to let her know that my phone was in the car. I was told by her oh well. WHAT!!!!!!! Went to Home Depot and the price was 80.00

This particular Lowe's is always a joy to visit. Well stocked, clean store. Every employee has always been super friendly and helpful.

I will not ever try to use the Lowe’s on Epps Bridge in Athens ever again, even if I have to spend more elsewhere. After waiting for a long time(30+ minutes) for assistance, an employee came up that works in the lumber area and he said he didn’t care, he didn’t have time to help me. Not one other employee even made eye contact, there were 5 people on registerers with only a couple of people checking out.
Only the lady at pro desk tried to get help but not one person answered her calls. I was planning on spending a large sum to make a milking parlor but I’ll never try Lowes again. This is strike 3 for them! This was after being on hold for 30 minutes without anyone picking up so I guess I should have expected the same, but I was trying to be open minded.

This Lowes is impossible... every employee seemed to be as lost as I was... even with the app, the items were in the wrong place. Just looking for some help, the employee in isle seemed to be more interested in other employees then the customer. Not one employee spoke, not one employee inquired. And whenni approached one, it as if I was chasing them. I stopped the pursuit. And I will notify my company not to shop at Lowes. You don't want to help customers and be alone... allow us to help you.

These folks have gone above and beyond when ever i have an issue. Especially appliances and plumbing.
Today David in tile and flooring proved once again that Lowes is my first choice for customer service.

Item didn’t have a bar code when I brought it up to checkout. Cashier didn’t know what the item was to look it up so she asked another employee who responded with “I dont know you have to call the dept” and made no offer to help. I explained where they were located in an effort to help. 2 more employees walked up to the one who had said to call dept. At this point all 3 employees standing there wouldn’t help me or the cashier as they were busy laughing about something. I finally said “I guess I’ll go back there and find it myself since you guys are too busy”. The guy employee standing there said “okay well have a nice day sir” very sarcastically and knowing I was already angry. I’ll NEVER shop there again and if that guy worked for me I would’ve fired him.

I've only delivered here. I've never been inside this store. Nevertheless, the individuals who work in the garden center area were very focused, professional, and helpful. Also, when I called this store the evening prior, my call was answered, and I was actually able to speak to a person, and my questions were answered! That's shocking, for me, depending on the business or location, sometimes. The entrance and exit for the area where I was unloaded was very organized, clean, and not too difficult to enter, move through, and depart. This was my 1st time delivering to this store. My freight: 'Costa farms' was handled with care, and I'm grateful to the individuals who did that! I appreciate your kindness as well.

This is one of my favorite locations. The employees go out of their way to help. Maria, an associate, was extremely helping even walked me to the aisle. We love Lowe’s!!
