I had a horrible experience with this location & will never spend another dime there. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. After waiting almost 30 minutes for assistance in the appliance department, a very kind employee offered to help, but stated that he didn’t know anything about the department, or how to use the ordering system. He tried to help us, but was having a difficult time entering our delivery order and called for a manager a few times before anyone came to assist. The associate tried explaining the transaction, but the mgr waved him away. I re-explained that I needed the appliance sent to an address that was NOT my mailing address. He ordered our appliances, I paid, & he scheduled them for delivery 4 days later. They never came. I called & was told that he “accidentally typed the delivery date for almost 2 weeks out for the wrong address. , AND that the dishwasher was sold out, but I could choose another one & pay more for it. I refused & asked them to order one from another store or the warehouse, which they did. Why did the charge me for something that was out of stock? We rescheduled the delivery date & i reiterated that they were to be delivered to a different address than my mailing address. I was told that “it was entered incorrectly, but we can’t change in the system. We’ll leave the driver a note”. What?!? The assured me that it would go to the correct address. It didn’t. The driver called to notify me of his arrival at the wrong address. He was great. He DOES NOT work for Lowe’s. He apologized profusely & made it right. Lowe’s informed me that they would have to reschedule my delivery for another day, which was NOT ok with me. The driver offered to take it to the correct address 30 min away on his own time. Lowe’s did nothing to help, ***When filling out the survey on the receipt, you are actually reviewing the driver, who works for a 3rd party company, NOT Lowe’s. The driver gets docked pay, & eventually loses their job. Not cool Lowe’s***

There is the cutest brown haired lady in her 40’s working the parking lot and picking up buggy’s and helping everyone she could load their vehicles. She is doing her job how I was raised to work.

Ordered 30 1x4x8 boards. The Lowes website says 299 are available. Also ordered 1/4x4x8 plywood, with 46 being available.
Lowes subsequently canceled the 1x4x8 as not being in stock even though indicating 299 in stock when ordered.
Wanted the manager to double-check since that seemed odd to me, but he/she never picked up the phone. Just canceled the entire order. Frustrated.
