I ordered a stove from lowes. I had to wait three weeks for a time that was open. I was given no four hour time frame for the delivery- waited all day- then it was scheduled for 8pm at night after bedtime. I wasn't able to get support from the delivery service after being on hold for 30 minutes and finally the call was dropped by the delivery service staff in the transfer process. The delivery service isn't considerate of time for drop off of heavy items and seems to not care if it isn't easy for families. I have a special needs son and got no support. Don't order items from lowes if you work and have a schedule.

Selection is hardly anything there. They never keep it stocked. Seems like every time I go in they either have the product which is either been used, destroyed by previous customers or through the shipping. Been trying to build this workbench and they don't have the braces that I'm looking for in stock

I spent a ton of money building a home and buying appliances. When my 6 month old fridge went out i called For some help and i was told to call lg . That's fine who or where at lg and they told me to use google and hung up. I called back for customer service and told them what happened and they told me so what's the issue. By the way don't shop at the Carrollton Georgia store

Since Aug 11th (today is Sept 20th) I have been working to get a garbage disposal installed. It took over 7 days to get a part that was in stock; another week for someone to install it; he installs it incorrectly and created a leak where there had been no leak!!! 7 days late the installer scheduled for 9 am - 12 am -arrived at 7:30 pm Friday night!!! He finds the disposal installed incorrectly and now defective! His report is filed on Monday but meanwhile the kitchen sink cannot be used. The work was not approved until Tuesday (9/19) and the store is insisting that the installer retrieve the disposal, return it to the store, then return to install it...correctly. To wit, I was supposed to hear back from the installers on Monday or at the latest by Tuesday about the installation only to speak with the installers and find that they know absolutely nothing about this since Friday!!! I called the Lowe's installation team again (and a few customer service reps in the Brooklyn, NY store) - the very ones who assured me that they'd follow up just on check in by today tells me: 1) the work order was approved on 9/19 2) the store should have it today or tomorrow 3) I should hear from the installers today or tomorrow and she made a note to call me just to check in to make sure everything has happened (all of which mimicked what I was told on Monday!) 4) "There is no one else you can speak to regarding this matter; managers are not equipped to assist in resolving this issue" was her response when I asked if there was a supervisor or manager I could speak to regarding this issue. ...or basically that I am powerless to affect a process that I have paid for to be installed correctly. At this time I still have no installation date! Lowe's has done several installations in the past for me but this has been an absolute travesty and it reflects negatively on Lowe's.

Everyone seems to only leave reviews on a negative experience! Very rarely on a job well done. I must leave a positive review with an overwhelming desire from an associate at East Athens GA location (store # 2204). I remember the associates name somehow. His name was Ronnie. I won't bore everyone with the details of our encounter other than stating a few facts. Ronnie was polite at our 1st interaction, willing to help without judgement, helpful, did an excellent job with cutting a piece of custom sized glass , small talk about colleges attended, packaged the glass securely and very safe to prevent getting cut accidentally. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience. I've gotten excellent service from this location on multiple visits. That's why store (2204) is my go to store on pool supplies, lawn and garden, appliances, home improvement, power tools, etc... Just wanted to give all the team at Store #2204 on a job well done! Keep up the excellent service!

This store lives up to its reputation with me. Employees are very rude and unhelpful. I can only assume the supervisors model this behavior. No cash registers open so I went to self check out and self check out cashier was also rude

I wish the employees would consistently leave a clear path for walking on the sidewalk in front of the store. I go here often with my toddler and it makes me nervous walking so close to parking lot traffic with him. Instead it's a maze of ride-on mowers. That said, I get lots of stuff I need and will keep shopping here.

Inventory is a complete disaster and finding any assistance is a hopeless venture. Better off going to Home Depot. The store manager is not on top of this location.

No wonder your not selling any counter tops. I called all day to try and get assistance but nobody will answer. When going to the help desk they just put you on hold without even answering the phone. I will go somewhere else and not bring any of my business to you for here on out~! LETS CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN

I went to Lowe's in Athens Ga shortly after getting off crutches and didn't see any motorized carts I need as I have a hard time walking right now. I couldn't take walking around that big store and asked where the carts are. They are not keeping them near the front door where they used to, you have to walk around the customer service and displays and registers to get to the other outgoing door to get a cart. I didn't see any over there and asked if there were any motorized carts available. The guy behind the counter called and said they don't have any. I knew they had two before, and thought they may be occupied but the guy told me they don't have them period, that two of them got damaged. They only had two before. I just told him "Then I'm not shopping!" Lowe's does not have enough for their customers who need them. So.... I went to Home Depot and they have enough carts for everybody who needs them plus some extra just in case. I did my shopping there and got everything I needed without having to hurt my legs. Lowe's doesn't care about their customers and I won't be shopping there anymore at all. Home Depot is just too easy, handicapped or not, and they care about their customers enough to not leave them in the lurch.

Have been here twice during COVID19 for curbside pickup. The first time was excellent. The second time, an employee called and left a message at my house that my order was ready for pickup. It was an hour later when I arrived. The employee brought a small bag to my car and told me I had to drive around to the pickup area to pick up my 10 blocks. On my first order, 6 of the same blocks were brought to my car. When I arrived in the loading area, the employee there had not been notified of my order or that I was on my way. She didn't wear a mask. She was friendly and kept walking closer and closer to me and I kept backing up, trying not to say anything, but finally I had to. The had the gate to the inside locked, so she had to walk way around to get inside, load up the order, then way back around to deliver them. Because of her age and inconvenience and the fact that she did finally put her mask on after I had said I was old and being careful (Her response had been, "I'm old, too," which was rather inappropriate and a bit snippy.) Nevertheless, I did tip her for the trouble she had gone to. NOT a good experience at all!!

The employees of this Lowe's are why I've made this my go-to store. I'm always able to find someone to help me, and they are always helpful and courteous. Prices are low as well.

Today was the second time in a year we have had trouble with newly delivered appliances. What aggravated us this morning is that Lowe's demonstrates no commitment to taking care of install issues in a timely manner. An install goes wrong at 8:00 am and you're telling me no one can make it right on the same day?! That is not being customer focused. The only response the manager should ever give is: "I will send someone over right away."!
