Our daughter has been going here for awhile now and our family absolutely loves it! Staff is amazing and we've never had any concerns or issues arise at this daycare. We love that it is small but not too small, more like a family. Not overfilled with children and chaos like other daycares. The daycare always has family things and involvement. Great open line of communication. Our daughter did a 360 once she started here! Social skills, her ABCs, numbers, colors, etc! It has been amazing for her! Our second baby will be going here as well. Highly recommend!

My son went here from Feb. 2022-Nov. 2022. He was in both the younger and older infant room. TERRIBLE experience. I couldn't wait to get my son out of here. My ability to focus on school and work has immensely increased now that I don't have to constantly be watching the classroom cameras to check in on my child.Problems I had:Staffing. They were terribly understaffed because people would keep quitting. It especially is difficult when infants start to gain awareness of people around them and fear strangers. Having a new person working in the room not only made it difficult to drop off my son, but also was challenging as a parent with developing relationships with the teachers and ensuring everyone who worked with my child understood how to care for him in the ways I desired or he neededNegative and chaotic climate. Possibly due to understaffing, drop off and pick up felt haphazard. Teachers were in a bad mood, were not open to feedback or corrections about following parent care instructions without getting defensive, and seemed under distress/unhappy working therePoor communication. Because my child is breastfed, he really struggled with taking his bottle. Either due to teething, not knowing the teacher feeding him, lack of staff to focus one-on-one when needed, or whatever, there were often times I’d pick up my hungry, crying baby because he hardly drank any milk that day (and sometimes NONE AT ALL), and the staff didn’t bother to alert me. I would have happily picked up my child earlier knowing he was hungry. In our new daycare, if he had feeding problems, I was alerted immediately and allowed to give recommendations in real time or decide if I needed to pick him up soonerLack of engagement in learning. They claim to have an arts curriculum. Other than music playing in the background and foot artwork, I failed to see any implementation of intentional learning or education with the infants. Kids are passed around from bouncer to swing, or in the older infant classroom, left to cry in their crib for extended periods of time while staff would sit on the floor and watch kids in the cribsForcing age-inappropriate naps expectations. They have a nap time from noon to 2 pm in the older infant classroom, which is not age appropriate for most kids under 15 or 18 months old. My son would be left in his crib during that time since as early as 8 months old when he transitioned to that room. At that time, his naps were not the best, but he was between 2 and 3 naps schedule, far away from 1 nap a day.Yelling at kids while handling misbehavior. I would go to the nursing room in the mornings before dropping my child off. I could hear teachers yelling at kids from the older classrooms in the hall, and at times, being belittling in their correction of children misbehavior. “You’re acting like a baby. If you don’t stop acting like a baby, I’ll take you to the baby classroom. Is that what you want? [Child crying and screaming no!] Staff: “Then stop acting like a baby”Honestly, I could go on and on about the number of terrible encounters and experiences I had here. The new director that started in the fall of 2022 seemed to be doing her best to get the center under control. Too much damage had already been done for us to further entrust them with the care of our child.

We and our son love Little Prodigies! They are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. It's never hard to find the director, and they are willing to listen to us when we have concerns or questions. Our son's teachers inform us of developments with our son and are very helpful when he is having trouble letting us leave in the mornings. We truly appreciate the impact this daycare is having on our son's development.
