All I can say is “Wow”! Never had such great communication, expertise and follow up with an insurance agent. Started needing car insurance for my daughter who was moving to Athens and ended up getting health insurance as well. My one stop shop?. Did I mention that Dustin handled everything for me while I wasn’t even in the US. From my first conversation I honestly felt like I was talking to a long time friend.

Excellent service from Dustin as he helped us navigate a change in HO insurance, and also explaining the various steps we needed to follow, plus following up with the mortgage company - all of which was unclear to us. Very reasonable rates as well.

My family and I have been clients of Larry Baumwald since we moved to Athens in February 2002. Dustin has been our agent for the majority of the time. I could not recommend the agency and Dustin more. If you’re looking for insurance options for your family, I’d highly recommend giving them a call.
