Absolute horrible customer service! The general manager is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional! We will never EVER bring our vehicles back to this place. We were warned not to bring our car to Dodge on Atl Hwy but we were already on the way there and thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt! Truck was in shop for over 30 days, no phone calls, updates nothing, unless we called back to back! We brought our truck in for one thing and one thing only and of course they found 10 other things wrong with it and the longer we had it in there the more issues they kept adding. We finally were like no, we will just come get it today! Read reviews before you bring your vehicle to this dealership!!!!

Y'all - Go see Michael Herbert over at ADRCJ. He is easy-going, laid back, and also very hard working. He will do his absolute best to have you out the door as a happy customer. I've now come back to him a second time and he's always ready to jump in and go to work for you. Also, the manager Jaymin is awesome - these guys are great!

This is the worst place to get service. They over promise and under deliver. I was told that I could have my vehicle towed and have it looked at the next day. I am going on day 4 and still nothing. They do not follow up till the end of day to tell you that your vehicle still isn't ready. I have called the Service Manager, the GM and the Service rep Bill whom was very rude. When I tried to explain it was better to be told upfront that they are way understaffed and couldn't get to it than to be lied to. He was very rude and hung up on me. I have yet to get a call back from the service manager or the GM. I have purchased two vehicles from this place and can't even get a loaner vehicle. SERVICE SUCKS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't take your vehicles there. They also supposedly replaced my spark plugs during my 100k service but Bill told me i needed them replaced on this visit. So i ask him where they not done on my 100k like they told me or are you trying to up sale me.

The service department sucks and it appears the service associate with the asymmetrical cut has a problem with African America customers. I stood in front of her for 10 minutes. A Caucasian customer came in and she immediately assisted her and checked her vehicle in. This is not the first bad encounter I’ve had with her. The last visit she had an attitude because their service team failed to do s job that I paid for.
I have had issues where they charged me for a tire rotation and didn’t rotate my tires. I brought my vehicle back and the tires didn’t seem to be rotated properly. My vehicle veered to the left after they serviced it. Then the service manager stated he would make it right by offering a free service that I never received.
They NEVER answer the phone. It took a week for me to schedule an appointment. They must screen their calls because it took for me to call PRIVATE in order to get someone to answer the phone. What’s the point of an appointment when you have to wait 3 hours?

Florida man here. I recently purchased a used Ram pickup from Athens CDJR. Everyone I had contact with was professional and courteous. Due to a personal issue I initially couldn’t make the deal work on our trip to NC and after a week's time I came back to this truck as it met most of my needs. At that point in time the only way the deal could be completed was when the sales rep John Tiner offered to meet me halfway between Gainesville FL and Athens to deliver the truck to me in Cordele GA. Thank you John for your service. Everyone did a great job to earn my business.

Didn’t buy the car, but Dexter Arnold did a great job helping me! He answered every question i had and did his absolute best in making sure i was satisfied with my experience. GO SEE HIM IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO BUY A NEW OR USED CAR!! Best salesman i’ve ever dealt with. If they had what i was looking for (which is kind of hard to find) i would’ve 100% bought from him.

I waited over a year for the recalled high volume fuel pump for my Jeep Gladiator Ecodiesel. Coming in numerous times over the year to ask where I was on the list so I could make sure to be in town, but every time saying I wasn't on the list and then supposedly adding me. Finally they said they had one in and Recall Service done the following Monday. Go to pick up my Gladiator and it reeked of antifreeze in the engine compartment. Antifreeze bottle filled above the full line so I left with defrost on high to make sure to burp the system. Sure enough I get home and bottle almost empty. Have added almost half a gallon of antifreeze in the last couple of days. I hope they didn't damage a line of something. Now I have to hope no air is still in the antifreeze system and no leaks.
