pretty extensive has everything needed, although some items are better purchased at Publix/TJs (meats, seafood)

The updates and expansion of this store are great! Now if we could only keep up with keeping items in stock and keeping the aisles clear everything will be wonderful

How management gets away with talking to their employees the way they do is ridiculous. As a shopper I do not want to hear or see a manager belittling or talking down to anybody else. Seems like an abuse of power to me. Should be ashamed of themselves.

The Kroger building has been remodeled and it's almost finished.
The store is huge now and the designated area for picking up online orders is much better.

The lines started to back up around noon on a Sunday and the FOH manager, Sherry, opened a lane and pulled some of us over. She was jovial and sweet and made sure we got taken care of and out of there in a reasonable time. She was approached by an employee at one point and was kind to them as well and the interaction lead me to believe she has garnished a relationship of trust and respect with her employees.

If you want a job, think twice about this location. The way the temporary store manager Elle speaks and handles those around her is absolutely uncalled for. Not only is she rude and unwilling to handle concerns brought to her from her employees but she’s a liar. Will lie on people to help her story. Glad I recorded our “talks” before and when I was fired. One thing I won’t have is somebody degrading my integrity or me as a person.

I still love the people who work at my Epps Bridge Kroger, but the renovation has been a mixed bag. I was SO
disappointed to hear today that Kroger will no longer recycle plastic bags. They give out plastic bags, but will no longer be part of the solution to recycle them. Apparently upper management will not allow new recycle bins to be ordered.

They made me wait 2 hours to be interviewed. I had pre-made plans in this time that involved my college education and could not be missed. When I told them that, I was told I would be interviewed soon. It never happened. I ended up leaving and tried to call to reschedule and no one would answer the phone. Kroger is an awful company and I pray that they go out of business.

The remodeling that has been completed is outstanding. The store has wider isles, increased inventory and sale items. Customer service throughout the store was excellent. I highly recommend shopping at the Epps Bridge store. Will return soon.

Renee at money center was very rude. Greated me with an attitude. I went into cash some checks because my banks app was down. I asked her how many checks can I cash at once and she was like let's see. She did 3. Then said alright, that's all I'm gonna do. That's not how business works. Kroger you are failing, hiring these miserable employees.
