My Physician sent a prescription to Kroger. I took the meds from them, but it was from a different manufacturer than what I used to take in the past. It did not work well for me. I asked to cancel that prescription, but they refused to take it back. I could still call my insurance to get an override and get it filled by CVS. But it happens that Kroger still considers the medicine as filled but not cancelled and there was no further refill available. I took their medication for a few days, but it did not work well for me and I am not taking it anymore but a 90-day supply is being treated as filled. How do I resolve such an issue created by this Pharmacy?

It's best to get your receipt at the pump, charged twice!! Look at your bank transactions.

This pharmacy is almost always crowded and you have to wait in line. But when I get to the pharmacist or tech I never feel rushed, no matter how many questions I have. They are extremely helpful.

I like this store because of the location and the opportunity for gas points. Since the renovation has started, the parking lot is treacherous. Not only because of the construction, but also because of the rapid increase of panhandlers in the parking lot. I really feel like there will be an incident soon where someone is hurt or taken advantage of in the parking lot. I have seen these people target women who are alone, women with small children and the elderly. Today, I was approached by someone claiming to know me. I am not indestructible, but I am 6'3" and 220 lbs. This guy was less than a step away from me when I opened the door to keep us separated. After he realized that I was a poor target, he moved on to someone else. I was compelled to stop and get involved because I he had cornered an obviously scared older woman. What will you do Kroger?

I had a prescription called in on March 29th. The pharmacy called me twice and texted me once to let me know my prescription was ready. I was out of town. I go in on April 17th and then they proceed to tell me that the prescription is not filled and it will be 20 minutes. So I sat and waited. 40 minutes later they filled it

I went in expecting to have my prescriptions ready after my Dr was supposed to call them in. Turns out, he called them in to the wrong Pharmacy! The pharmacist on duty, Chi?, went above and beyond to help me get the meds I needed the most, even called me keep me posted- she sensed that I was getting anxious! I would recommend this pharmacist on duty anytime. Thankyou!

I got up early and came to Kroger to find sweet corn for Thanksgiving dinner. My daughter loves spicy corn although it's kinda too spicy for me usually. My regular store didn't have any corn at all and I was pretty disappointed because that's one of our favorite things for Thanksgiving dinner. Anyway, I came to Kroger early and was delighted to find they had plenty of sweet corn. That was one of the last things I needed for dinner tomorrow. I also had to get some potatoes for mashed potatoes because the ones I have at home are full of eyes and I don't want to eat that. I like Kroger, in fact, I prefer it over the other store. But it is much farther away. By other store it's just about walking distance. A Kroger fuel points are a great benefit, but I never get enough points to make it worth my while. I put my sister's number in because she does collect the points and she really knows how to work it. She gets all kinds of extra points for shopping on Friday, doing a surveys on the receipt, and her neat trick is buying a gift card and using it to buy the groceries. She gets a lot of extra points for that. She has enough points this month to get her gas fill up for, get this, 11¢ per gallon. I called BS on that at first but she showed me the receipt.

Does not call or text to let me know my meds are out of stock. This has happened several times.

I went in not realizing the weekend hours. I arrived 10m before they closed. They didn't hesitate and filled the prescription straight away! Thank-you so much. Great customer service.

Best pharmacy around! We moved to the area from Decatur earlier this year (2021), and initially was going to another Kroger Pharmacy where we experienced all kinds of issues (the one in Jefferson.. Just awful). Since switching to the Epps Bridge Pkwy Kroger, life has been much less stressful. Friendly and professional staff, upfront and kind pharmacists. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This store is very convenient, but what really makes it sing are the excellent staff. I was having issues trying to purchase some gift cards, and both the cashier and manager were super friendly in helping to get it resolved. The store is always clean, with a wide selection. During the pandemic, one qualm is that it can get crowded inside. I recommend doing curbside to avoid any risk. Fortunately, they have great curbside options! My only complaint about this store is the layout is a little strange, which a whole section of aisles oriented horizontally instead of vertically. In my experience this can make things confusing to find, although I'm sure if you shop here regularly, it becomes second nature. I'm not sure why they chose to do that...I haven't seen any other Krogers do that. Happy to have such a nice location in the neighborhood, and thanks to the kind and friendly employees!

Everyone here has a great attitude! I love the products and the friendliness of employees. Nothing better than a hello and awesome vegan products. Brandon the front end supervisor goes the extra mile. Clean looking store. Thanks Kroger!
