Customer Service at this store is unfriendly and unhelpful. When returning something heavy, the rude and unfriendly employee insisted the item be placed on the counter rather than scanning the item. Didn’t even provide or ask someone to help and it was unnecessary to put the item on the counter. This occurred today at 1pm on January 27th. Employees like this need to be taught what customer service is or encouraged to find another job.

Horrible store!! Rude management! You should know that if you online by PayPal or Venmo they are not going to give your money back! Manager yelled at me because I would not accept a gift card.

I would like to say it's a great store service is great when you need to check out etc. But if you need help finding anything, it's going to take a minute to find someone.

The store was clean and stocked. The only bad thing that happened was that I was overcharged for pants on sale. I still may take them back to get credit but I have to drive an hour to get there.

Kohls no longer accepts many name brands for their coupons , including Carters children’s wear They should post a notice if this is their policy next to the price rack

Good go to spot for everyday stuff and price isn't that bad on stuff like clothes and shoes.I added an extra star for installing EV charging but it's only has two spots and normally only one works .they only work I think from morning to 12pm.

Found what I needed on sale. Update: I went to Kohl's in Athens today and my breath was taken away as soon as I walked in the store. A Sephora section has been added since my last visit and the smell of the fragrances was awful. The Sephora section is in front of the store, so it hits you when you walk in, and worse where the cashiers are. I had several things to purchase, but after standing in line for a few minutes, I began to cough uncontrollably. I finally just left my purchases to go outside for fresh air. I couldn't get my breath, so I just left. I wonder if all Kohl's stores are the same. Sorry Kohl's but I can't go to the Athens store. And, by the way, I do not have any known allergies or asthma. In my opinion, Sephora should probabky be be in the back of the store. I'm gonna miss you.
