I have been shopping at Jimbo’s for the last six years, and I wouldn’t think of going to any other convenience store in Athens, Ga. These guys are the real deal. Every time you walk through the door, you are greeted by a warm smile and friendly staff. Their store is always clean and stocked to the fullest! They always have the newest candies and drinks (and vapes if you’re into that thing) but on the rare occasion they don’t, they will try everything they can to get it in store for you.

I both worked at and was a frequent customer of Jimbo’s while I was a student at UGA and the store fully deserves its spot as an iconic piece of the Athens environment and experience. Rocky, Frankie, and Valerio, the store’s owners, go above and beyond in creating a welcoming environment and fun atmosphere that is incomparable to any other store. They are very friendly and kind with all customers and always happy to look into new products that people would be interested in. They also sell really well-designed, Jimbo’s-themed merchandise if you’re looking for something unique to take away from your trip to Athens other than the classic UGA Bookstore gear. Working there during my time in college was like working with family and can’t recommend the store highly enough. Whether you’re looking to stock up for game day or your weekend, check out their unique tailgating scene, or find a good part time job that’s flexible with your classes and Dawgs schedule, you’ll only find the best at Jimbo’s.

very nice staff, they have been around so long and I love their sweatshirts with their logo on the front - I buy one every year in the winter. Nice clean store, always has products in stock - love it!

Very friendly staff and is a local favorite among UGA students. They also have an air/vacuum machine that's very useful for inflating tires or cleaning your car.

literally the cleanest independent gas station I've ever seen. everything's organized and nicely stocked. The windows are clean and smart free. you couldn't tell from the outside. it's shocking!
