Easy to schedule—online or give them a call—with this auto shop. They have a delightful customer lounge with comfy seating and water/coffee refreshments. I appreciate how pleasant and professional the staff were and how the receptionist reviewed the cost with me up front. I would return in the future work!

Excellent care! With a second opinion and inspection from Japanese Motor Works, my vehicle didn’t need a 9k replacement part, but rather sensors replaced (saving a huge chunk of money AND fixing the right parts)! JMW worked diligently to meet my timeline, and offered me a loaner car for local use. We have arranged for me to have routine maintenance so that I don’t overlook updates. Great folks and mechanics at Japanese Motor Works Inc!

I chose this repair shop when searching online. They did excellent work replacing a cracked radiator and all the required hoses. We were up and running in two days later. We will definitely be using them for all future routine maintenance as well.

Took my 2002 LS430 to JMW after being quoted an astronomical fee from the dealership for work that I knew shouldn’t cost that much. They did the job well and at a fair price. Courteous staff and consummate professionalism. I will be moving further away from Athens soon, but I expect I will be making the long drive to back to have them work on my car for the foreseeable future. Most definitely would recommend.

My air conditioning was not working right so they went through the whole system and checked for leaks and refilled my refrigerate.
