Kevin has the patience of a Saint, and answered our million questions. I am so happy that I decided to leave Verizon after 20 years and make the switch to T Mobile. Customer Support has also been great!”

“I am blown away at the amazing customer service at this location! Specifically Anasophia and Liz. I just had to write a review. Anasophia helped both my daughter and I get new phones and she was so professional, efficient and friendly. I have never experienced such a positive experience at a cell phone store. It is usually a process I dread but Anasophia was absolutely the best and I will never go anywhere else now. Toward the end of our visit, Liz jumped in to help the transferring process (because we had two phones) and she was just so friendly and fun too. It seems like these 2 really love their jobs and it shows. I strongly recommend this store due to these 2 wonderful employees! Thank you so much for such a positive experience.”
