Have bought several new Toyotas from Heyward Allen since the 1990s. Cassandra informed us of Toyota's unusual buying procedure for RAV4s (due to high demand, low stock), and Peter was excellent help with test drive, wish list, allocation status and final delivery of our RAV4 Hybrid. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, never pushy. Prices were fully explained, had no dealer markup and didn't change at delivery. Whole experience was less stressful than expected.

They go all out to sell you the vehicle but as soon as you deal with the service department, they don't give a crap that you're a customer. Multiple problems needed to be addressed with my brand new Cadillac SUV. All I received was apathy and a pompous attitude. Don't buy from this dealership. My first Cadillac and my LAST!

Mr. Zavala was great, buying a car is really stressful, but he made our experience so great, smooth, and easy. He was patient with us, through the entire process, his guidance and support made us feel at ease and relieved to have someone with his expertise to guide us throughout the entire process. I've never bought a car from there so I can't speak to the sales experience, but the service center is terrible. We took our 2012 Highlander there for 6 years for regular maintenance and oil changes. All of a sudden after 6 years of regular maintenance they charge us for a spark plug repair that turns into a 10k dollar total engine repair. I have a 2009 Subaru Outback I get serviced next door that runs great and never has had any problems. This weekend I'll be taking my wife to the Subaru dealership next door to buy an Ascent. I'll never step foot on the Heywood Allen Toyota property again!

I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. I have been having my car serviced here for 6 years as a loyal customer. I took my 2012 Toyota Highlander in two weeks ago due to check engine light being on. I was charged $288 for a diagnostic check and new spark plugs. After leaving the dealership the check engine light came back on. I called and was told to bring it back in. I took more time out of my day to bring it back. I was told at that visit that the plugs and coil packs were fine, and they could not find the problem. The next day I drove my family to Tybee Island and the driving conditions were even worse. When I got back, I tried to get it seen about immediately and was told they were slammed and could not see me immediately. I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out a 3rd time and was told I needed a new engine that would cost $8000-$10000. I asked to be reimbursed for the $288 repair that did not fix the issue since it wasn't the actual cause of the problem. I was told by an Assistant Service Manager they would not compensate me for the repair. If you are searching for reviews of their service, do not rely on FB or Google reviews. Please go to the BBB to see the complaints and ratings there. I sincerely hope this review prevents others from wasting their time and money at this dealership service center. I thought that after 6 years of being a loyal customer I would have been treated more fairly.

Everyone here is excellent! I don't want to give too many details on here, but my family had a great experience working with this Toyota. In particular Kevin, Maria, and Ben are awesome! They really do care about the person and not just selling the cars. They want to make sure everything is done thoroughly and all the questions are answered from start to finish.

Would highly recommend this Auto shop!,,,,,,had a wonderful experience purchasing a new car.for my daughter.The process was stress free and pleasant. Trey was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises)They listened to me!,,Quick and painless -- the dealership made the process easy.Professional and polite staff.Salesperson went above & beyond Jeff the manger of account and trey salesperson were very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Very genuine and passionate about their work.

If I could give zero stars, I would....Our story begins with THREE years ago we called and left numerous messages for ANY sales person to return our call as we were trying to purchase a car for our daughter LOCALLY. After a week of unanswered calls and voice mail messages, we finally ended up purchasing TWO cars from Toyota Mall of Georgia as they were responsive and excited to have our business. Heyward Allen was never heard from. Ever. We recently decided to give Heyward Allen another chance. This time in the Service Department - by switching my Lexus servicing from Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett to them. Makes sense - instead of driving an hour to have my car serviced, we could drive 7 minutes! Today I had a scheduled maintenance appointment for 9:30 AM and left my Lexus with them at 9:45 because the line of cars was so long. *This should have been my first red flag....We called at 12:30 to check on the status only to find out they hadn't even begun the servicing yet. They hadn't even bothered to tell us about this 3 hour delay! Luckily, we weren't sitting in the waiting area...What is the point of making an appointment when they stack dozens upon dozens of cars at the same time? It makes no sense! I never leave reviews, good or bad. But I can tell you this - they have RAVE 5 star reviews all over the internet and I honestly don't get it! It must be the small town living - a big fish in a small pond sort of thing....Anyways, I'm rolling back to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett where - when you make an appointment - they honor your time. And if they think you're car servicing appointment will run longer than you expected, they let you know! They also give you a loaner car! Well worth the hour drive to me!
