Fantastic shop, owner is knowledgeable and very courteous. He was very patient with some tricky wheels I needed balanced and went out of his way to help me out. This shop is now my go-to for anything wheel and suspension related for my trucks and my wifes car.

This auto shop is the WORST AUTO SHOP IN ATHENS. Unless you are of Hispanic descent, they DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE correctly! There is a big lack of communication due to a language barrier that the owner does not take responsibility in helping to facilitate. They not only hung up in my face, but refuse to take responsibility for breaking my wheel and I quote saying, “I’m not going to take responsibility for this”. They use cheap materials and even stole the lug nut I paid for and brought to the shop. Every time I go to receive service here (more than 5 separate occasions), I always have some issue resulting in me having to return or call and become irate. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR AND WANT PROPER SERVICE OR MAINTENANCE, DO NOT GO HERE. RUN & FAST.

Erick was so helpful with fitting the bumper and other parts of my car. He fixed everything very well at a good price. He is an expert at his job. I would definitely recommend him.

It was just a hassle to work with them. I have a bad ac evaporator core problem, and it needs to be replaced. I stopped by, and the guy acted as if he knew how to do the job. He said it should take a week. I dropped my car for almost two weeks and kept checking on them with no real progress (0% progress). They ended up telling me they could not do it, and I have to take it to somebody else. I rented a car and took Uber a couple of times the whole time. They also were not accurate on their timing, and I was not welcomed when I stopped by to check on my car. They did not like me asking for an update on what they are doing. He also kept saying “Don’t push me amigo,” and I did not push him. They left my keys in the car the whole time even if they are closed which was concerning to me. Be warned and avoid them at all cost. I was sold by the price they gave me, but trust me, it does not worth your time.

I never got a chance to go back and have him fix the tire that was replaced and won’t hold air- I’ve had to put air in it ever 2-3 days, but that’s on me for not making time before the warranty ran out. I did try to go 1 day, but it seems that if you don’t get there as soon as he opens, you won’t even be able to pull in because of all the cars that block his entrance. My problem though is that I had him replace 2 front tires on my car and they have just a little more tread than the 1s replaced. So I’ll be having to replace them quickly as well.

I cannot tell how many times this man resurrected a problem in our cars that seemed super expensive to fix at very affordable prices. Probably my most memorable was when other “mechanics” said it would cost north of $1300 to repair my AC system (evaporator, condenser and compressor). I instead bought OEM parts for about $400 and he fixed it for $300. One year and a half on, they still work like new. Definitely the best mechanic I’ve worked with since 2015 (and I’ve seen many).
