I began with the child bar for weightlifting, but now I’m lifting much heavier weights, doing pistols, climbing ropes, doing pull-ups, and getting into some other gymnastic moves that I never imagined I could do.”

It has everything I want in a gym- range of equipment, access to trainers but not any pressure to do so, community, ease of access, an outdoor covered space in the back, and the location means a great run/walk warmup loop in boulevard neighborhood ☺️Dani runs a wonderful gym.”

“Ramsey student center is an Olympic games level sports center with all kinds of facilities - one of the best in the country. Especially notable are the its swimming pools and diving pool. Several events took place here during the 1996 Olympic games. The suroundings of the Ramsey center has plush grasses and winding walk ways. It is very pleasant and relaxing to walk around there. Do not confuse this place with the Tate Center which is far from the South here on the North side and is an ugly place.”

“This place is awesome. Friendly and helpful receptionists and assistants/apprentices, incredibly knowledgeable physical therapists. The people are great, and have huge personalities. Everyone is always laughing and joking, all the while maintaining a professional environment and taking care of patients. I laugh several times every therapy session, overhearing conversations or even being included in them. Makes the time go by quickly, and distracts from the pain of therapy. The staff obviously loves working w/ one another. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment on Halloween this year. Everyone coordinated to dress as superheroes, w/ the exception of two guys as ZZTop”

“A decent gym. The people were friendly, the equipment is in good repair and there was ample space. The only real negative is that I was working legs and their squat racks (one of those erector set multi purpose deals) was found wanting. They were more situated for bench press and the like as the safety bars did not extend very far in case of failure. Nor did any position face a mirror.Maybe that's a personal preference but not being able to use a mirror to center a bar on my shoulders, or to see the depth and balance of my squats, or gauge if mybplates are drifting towards the safety bars is a deal breaker. No hack squat machine either (v squat don't count). I cut squats short and would sek out a different AF for leg day.Other than that though, nice place.”
“I absolutely LOVE Hotworx! This is not just a workout, its a relief system! Every time I was feeling stressed I would come here and feel like myself again. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! They also keep the equipment clean and the facility organized. Also a great place to go for a quick workout if you're in a time crunch because some of the classes are only 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place!”

“When latin tries to overtake and we hold both hebre and latin as our existence you pull Rafa into my space. I'm like blocking him with my head down. He is called on assistance on matters. I see myself as isreali french at space known as a grec in many colonies. Hebrew Mik-hi-ell speaks latin to me when we spend time together. The mechanics suggest we can release the iberico treaty. We have too much distress with the eypgt colony. The mechanics that hold and release treaties seemed to be balanced and well with auxi assistance healthy and available to do whatever work on the matter to include concepts such as paikistan, India, isreal in medical colonies ansmd our proper hidden safety cells of non disclosed concept. Well, it could be improper call to arms of auxilary, as they improper hold rationed medecine and use our war mechanics to do when their isn't a war and those mechanics are thousands of years old, so they say they are maintaining them, but it is what creates the war. Which is known as warprofiteering. Again I married in the 90's and was really happy.”
