I had trouble with a delivery service from ordering through the app (which obviously is not connected to this specific location) and it did not get delivered and was returned by the driver (which was from a service called roadie and not your typical UPS or Fedex) I went in to this location to try to fix my issue, I arrived in a panicked state as I needed a certain item for a Christmas gift and was in a time crunch, Will P. from the Geek Squad at this location was EXACTLY who I needed in that moment. He was kind, talked to me in a way I could understand without making any excuses for the situation I was in, he helped me find a solution that not only worked but was better than I had even hoped for. He helped me find the right item I needed, it was priced extremely well, (best price in my area for the ps5 games I was looking for) he reassured me my issue would be solved in a timely manner (which it was) and he went out of his way to make sure it all worked out for me even though I could tell it wasn't in his usual job description. I hope that he gets the credit he deserves, he really turned my entire experience with best buy from a 1 star to a 5 star. I need to stress that Will P. from the Geek Squad is 100% the reason I have picked 5 stars and that his customer service was incredible!

I went in on a holiday and the place had plenty of staff walking around. I was helped very nicely by someone at customer service, even though the man in front of me had thrown what seemed to be a minor temper tantrum. They couldn't help me with everything I needed, but it wasn't by fault of the employees or even the store, it just isn't a service they offer. A perfectly fine store

Brought out computer to them to install a motherboard. Ended up having to get a different motherboard because the one we had bought wasn't compatible with our tower and a new fan to go with it just because the original fan wasn't compatible with the new motherboard. They kept us updated through its progress and told us about the motherboard issue and the fan issue as soon as they knew and were very informative about what was needed. Only issue was when we got our tower back the fan was extremely loud and the computer wasn't connected to a large chunk of the storage. We brought it back and they owned up to their mistake and fixed it. Overall a positive experience. Also great customer service from the employees in store and the employees over the phone.

Took my computer in for a screen issue while it was still under warranty. They sent it off 3 weeks ago, and I checked yesterday and saw it was ready. Had to schedule an appointment for pickup just to be told that they weren’t able to work on the laptop and i that I needed to call acer customer service directly. No one ever called with an update, so this was a surprise. So basically my wife (who is in school) and I have wasted 3 weeks for them to do nothing.

Look to other reviews- situation has still not changed and nearly all display items are uninteractable, so no point going if your just looking for the product in physical form and buying on Amazon. Just seems like corporate needs a quick visit to sort of the little issues. Staff is super nice tho

The power supply in my wife's computer died. I replaced it, but the computer didn't turn on. After checking it into Geek Squad, the agent (Ethan) determined it was a simple error as reseating all the wires powered it on.The total turn-around time from check-in to pick-up was four days. We needed an appointment for check-in but not during pick-up. Agents were communicative and knowledgeable during the entire process.

I wanted to buy a product. I found the product in a case. No one would open the case so I could buy the product. The staff member sitting in the front was rude and unhelpful, and treated me as if I were bothering him because I was asking for help. I waited for over 30 minutes for help. No one showed up. The Geeksquad guy I was able to talk to suggested I order the product online. THE PRODUCT WAS 20 FEET AWAY! Just needed a key. I did order it online, but not from Best Buy. I will never give them another cent. These people are among those who are "quietly quitting." Don't waste your time there.

What a piece of crap place to shop. NO, I repeat, NO service. Half the TVs don't have prices, one guy to help a dozen customers. It'll be a cold day in hell before buying from these people. As their stock price tanks and they start swirling around the drain of bankruptcy, the only place to lay blame is at the corporate level, where they are unable to manage a simple job of sales and service. As Amazon takes over, it is the corporate incompetence that are not only is allowing it, but encouraging it.

This has been the worst experience ever! DO NOT PURCHASE GEEK SQUAD services with your appliances. I would even go as far as to say do not purchase your washer or dryers from Best buy. I purchased a washer less than 4 years ago with Geek Squad protection. The washer started malfunctioning so I placed a service call. I was told the machine could not be fixed and would have to be exchanged. My original machine is a 4.2cu Whirlpool. After speaking with many agents (and being told different information on each call) I was told I would have to either a. pay more money b. settle for a Hotpoint, or take store credit. This defeats the whole purpose of a protection plan, if I wanted a cheaper brand, I would've purchased it originally. If I wanted a smaller washer I would have purchased one originally. Get your appliances from Lowes, the service is much better!

Zero stars! Best Buy screwed me out of a price match. Customer service stated they were processing refund. Went to the store and store manager Roberto and associate Daniel called customer service and Hanah at customer service stated they were sending me a $500 gift card. I was ready to return the phone in hand and buy the other deal somewhere else because this store had the phone way overinflated in price. Now, the sale is gone and I still don't have the price difference. Bottom line is they keep you in a circle j*** until you get stuck with their merchandise. I don't recommend them and that will be my last purchase ever from them. Online retailers or direct from manufacturer is a better option for the best price and you don't get caught up in their circle j**** Not happy and will let everyone I know not to shop there. Other: Spent days there, literally, trying to get my phone transferred. 4 people and all day couldn't get it done. Second day, a girl gets it done in an hour but I am in store past close. Each trip was 3 hours round-trip. Each phone call to customer service (because you can never reach the store) was hours and hours on hold and getting transferred around. Really one big circle j****

They fixed my Samsung flip z screen, it was less than a year old so the fix was under factory warranty so it didn't cost me anything and it was fixed same day.

Scheduled an in home appt. On the day of the appointment, the quoted price changed. Plus the technician did not have the tools to address the problem.

I went to two different repair shops in my area to fix an issue with my laptop with no luck. I had a previous bad experience with another Geek Squad in PA but on a friend's recommendation I made an appointment to this particular one. The lady had my issue fixed in less than 10 minutes and I was happily on my way. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly. I have no idea what she did to my outlook account but I am now receiving all of my emails and no longer getting error messages when my application starts up. I am very thankful for them.
