We ordered a whole house of Andersen windows for a house we are working on Jan 5th 2022 with a delivery date of April 7th 2022 and paid for the order in full. We called today 4/7/2022 to ask if they are ready to be picked up? After Nemours transfers and holds we are informed of a new estimated delivery date of May 6th 2022. This will delay us placing our house on the market for months. Ben from Mill Works finally called me to let me know that it was delayed because of a color availability issue and I asked if this issue had been resolved or if he could at least inquire with Andersen if this would be an issue moving forward. He informed me he would not call and ask that we would just have to wait. So I guess we will wait another month and see if they delay it again in all the while costing me thousands with each delay. If they don't have it on the shelf don't expect them to deliver it on time or at all.

My issue is the return policy. With most registers not open, self checkout is the quickest and easiest. I purchased 2, 4 x 8 panels of wood, paid cash. I failed to grab my receipt. Realized upon returning home that I had purchased the wrong thickness. No way to return or get store credit. Think I’ll stick to Lowe’s, not use self checkout, and never use cash again!!!

Man I love Home Depot. I don't even know why. Usually when I go to a store I walk in get my stuff and leave. But I went to this Home Depot to get plants one time and I keep going back. The last time I went, I bought some pretty plants that were SUPER cheap and still thriving. On that same trip to this Home Depot, 2 different people complimented me in the store and then a lady asked me to reach something on a top shelf (i'm really tall) so I helped her and she was so happy. I have no idea what it is but every time I go to this Home Depot I am so happy. Here's a pic of my plants btw

No military discount on sale items, no problem before why now??????????? Yes you have the right to change policy just like I have the right to take my money elsewhere. Poor service Poor management, Poor store

They refuse to honor their own prices and wasted my time and my customers time with excuses why they would not honor the price that the registers is right the online price is wrong and the label placement in store is wrong and the manager was no help also will be getting rid of Home Depot credit account and corporate account pictures of price online and I store included here

MASKLESS EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS This Home Depot overall is a mixed bag. Some employees are fantastic (shoutout to Tyler!), whereas others are rude or inconsiderate. What I find most disappointing is that this store not only ignores unmasked customers, they also ***do not enforce mask wearing for their employees.*** And often the employees do not maintain six feet of distance from customers, either. I asked an employee to maintain distance she just rolled her eyes, and *did not* step six feet away. It should not be that difficult for employees to lead by example, and keep customers safe. Oconee County has some of the highest numbers of COVID cases... 11th in Georgia. As of the writing of this review, there are fewer than TWO ICU beds available in the area. Retailers like Home Depot need to STEP UP and protect their customers. Just as we have "no shirt no shoes, no service," we should have "no mask, no service."

We have been using this store for about 4 years. The staff at this location have always been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I am not a d-I-y person, so I have lots of questions--and they go out of their way to hep me find what I need. Frequently they help me save money and prevent unnecessary return trips by making sure I avoid the wrong items. 1. The BEST new service is their outside pick-up!! For seniors, disabled, and vulnerable customers, this helps avoid the potential exposures of going inside the store. 2. The second really positive thing is that delivery is free if I order over $35 on line, so I don't have to go into the store or pay a high deliver charge on items I need. The store personnel have been great about helping me with questions about online items, too. These two things have kept me safer during this Covid time. I rarely give 5 stars to stores because the service usually depends on the person serving you on any given day. That's not the case here. They have been consistently pleasant in spite of the difficulties during the Covid time.

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. No email support. No chat support. Phone support is ONLY a recording. The status of my order is contradictory. Home Depot says it has shipped but UPS says they don't have it. It didn't come on the expected date. How do I find out where my order is?

These 5 stars are for Tristan, who works at the pro large volume pick up order at the back. In the middle of a pandemic, in the late afternoon, he was courteous, full of energy, and creative in helping us load a lot of heavy items on a compact truck. It was already 6:15, 15 minutes last closing time, and he went the extra mile for us in making sure our load was good. We got the items to our destination safely, thanks to his dedication and good ideas.

V limited merchandise compared to other stores. Staff helpful and friendly. Must travel to Monroe for done items.
