The employee working was rude as hell from the second I walked into the door. Traded in an essentially brand-new disc, and he spent over five minutes looking at it for any possible scratches. Ended up finding scratches so small you could barely see them and took almost half the value of the trade-in off. Dude didn't like me from the second I saw him, and I have no idea what his problem is. Would not recommend this store.

If I could put 0 stars I would every game I buy from this store doesn't work
Worst part is they won't give you a refund for it at all they just want to pay more than you paid for another copy of the same game.

Used to love GameStop, bailed out by their customers and kept from circling the drain and now they’re just a corporate beast. Humanity, reasonability are out the window and return policies and offers are at an all time low of low. Back to buying online for me. Way easier, no hassle, unlike this GameStop.
