We had to make an appointment to enter the showroom, the door was locked and someone came and let us in. There were 3 employees present and there was a box of masks and hand sanitizer sitting out but none of them had a mask on or put one on. My husband and I were both wearing masks. I was pleased with the chair and the help I received from the staff but felt disrespected by their not wearing masks in a closed space while we were there.

Horrible customer service. The Monday- Friday office hours are a joke, it's more like when they decide to show up. Do not recommend.

Thanks for the chairs donated to our Mardi Gras Mission Gala silent auction which supports a great cause of collaborating with rural Hondurans to improve their living conditions. Gracias!
