What a wonderful ordering experience. I accidentally hit the wrong address when doing my order. I received three phone calls from the florist taking care of my mistake and assuring me that my brother would receive his flowers in his hospital room. Not only was the customer service above and beyond, but the flowers were GORGEOUS!!! They made his day! Flowerland has another forever fan.

Got the deluxe designer choice. Paid $90 total. Not a single rose or lily. All filler flowers. I'm so disappointed ?. What I thought I was getting vs what I actually got. Pics included.

Debra saved the day - she is the sweetest woman!! She took a last minute delivery for me when i was scammed by a fake online shop in Athens. These guys are trustworthy and make beautiful arrangements. They are a family that really care about helping their customers. Not only did she help me get this arrangement out last minute she also calmed me down from the horrible experience I had prior. I could not recommend this shop more. Thank you for helping me.

very nice people but a medium sized pot of a single african violet was $22 (african violets can be propagated, so there's no good reason for it to be $22). there ARE stuffed plush scorpions though so that's awesome

My mother passed away last September 11th. Flower land took care of our flower arrangements and did an outstanding job.My mom’s heavenly birthday is August 20th, therefore, I reached out to Flower Land to have them prepare flowers for her gravestone.Deborah Jacoby has always been my point of contact for my arrangement needs.You could not find a more professional and caring florist than Deborah.

I ordered flowers for my Dad's funeral online and they had pictures of the arrangements. I ordered flowers that were a wreath shape and would have a ribbon that said Dad across it with specific instructions. I walked in to my Dad's funeral visitation and was embarrassed at the arrangement that I spent over $200.00 for. It looked like a 50 to 75 arrangement and was nothing like I ordered. It was 6:00 pm when I walked in his visitation and before I could see his body I was met with these flowers are nothing like what I ordered. It was one of the most important days of ordering flowers that were supposed to say Dad and they had no ribbon or anything. I should not of felt that walking in to see my Dad. I now have to wait to 9:00 and see if they can even fix their mistake in time for his 2:00 service. I thought this place was the best in Athens and the disappointed me on a very important day! Update.....they refused to fix it!!!!!! Please never use this place!!!!!! The flowers you see on their website is not what you receive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
