The driver has repeatedly driven across the grass on my commercial property causing significant damage to the landscape. There is zero accountability with this company. They divert all of our calls to on overseas answering service to deal with damaged packages.

Package will be on a truck for 2-5 days, one after another and never get delivered. “Delivery postponed, driver couldn’t make it”. Seems consistent, boycott FedEx. Go USPS or UPS, hell even Amazon has better delivery than FedEx.
