“These guys are the best. I took my 17 year old truck the get speakers replaced. Mark did a great job. He even discovered and corrected a horrible wiring issue that a different audio group in town did originally when I put an after market unit in. I will never bring my vehicles for audio to anyone else but uptown tint and sound. I will be recommending them to everyone.”

“If you want an AWESOME manager ran Cricket store look no further. Sarah is Absolutely the BEST!! She helped me right after 5 customers had just left and had to contact customer service because the Cricket Sim card was not working in my At&t Z Fold 3 phone I bought from At&t. She was able to contact not only her Supervisor Andrew who I spoke too and was very understanding but also the Owner Edgar who Absolutely helps new customers in his store. He made sure I didnt go to Verizon or Sprint or whoever and kept me with the Cricket family. I thank ya'll so mich for your understanding, compassion, and willingness to make a new customer feel welcome. “So these guys fixed our speaker.. And it's not even in a car.... Let me explain....We have a mobile DJ operation & one of our subwoofers malfunctioned... The closest shop outside of Athens that caters to pro audio equipment was like an hour away & it was $100 to walk in the door TOUCH the subwoofer..... so my business partner took a chance & called these guys over at Custom Sounds of Athens to just ASK if they would take a look at it.... To our surprise they said sure bring it over.My business partner brought it over, they popped the sub open, & was able to fix the problem In <1 hour, now the speaker is back up and running .... Absolutely can't thank these guys enough forgiving us the time of day.They absolutely went above & beyond when they absolutely could have just told us to 'kick rocks'. When the time comes for me to upgrade my audio in my car... There's no question of where I'm going.Highly recommend ??”

Young staff was very apologetic and gave us a gift certificate when they forgot about us. Good luck parking!!! The reason for the 4 stars verses 5 is, once again the registers would not accept our red card.”

“I had trouble with a delivery service from ordering through the app (which obviously is not connected to this specific location) and it did not get delivered and was returned by the driver (which was from a service called roadie and not your typical UPS or Fedex) I went in to this location to try to fix my issue, I arrived in a panicked state as I needed a certain item for a Christmas gift and was in a time crunch, Will P. from the Geek Squad at this location was EXACTLY who I needed in that moment. He was kind, talked to me in a way I could understand without making any excuses for the situation I was in, he helped me find a solution that not only worked but was better than I had even hoped for. He helped me find the right item I needed, it was priced extremely well, (best price in my area for the ps5 games I was looking for) he reassured me my issue would be solved in a timely manner (which it was) and he went out of his way to make sure it all worked out for me even though I could tell it wasn't in his usual job description. I hope that he gets the credit he deserves, he really turned my entire experience with best buy from a 1 star to a 5 star. I need to stress that Will P. from the Geek Squad is 100% the reason I have picked 5 stars and that his customer service was incredible!”
