Again Auto Shop Nightmare, I will be giving James the owner one more time to make what they messed up. I can use my Air Conditioner because they put a hole in my block and didn't fix it right. My Air was fine a cold the day I left my truck and all of a sudden he tells me it isn't working because of what they did and never put my pulley back where it belongs. Been in business for 38 years you would think they know what there doing. But the sad part is when you make a mistake you have to correct it. If it was he that drop his car off to me he would expect the same. I don't like the Idea of messing with anyone lively hood but in this case if he doesn't fix what they messed up I will. It's only right and I am expecting that he will but when he told me that he wasn't I could not believe it. Am I upset, yes I am. You broke it you fix it. He acts as though he has no money and been in business for 38 years. That is more then enough time to not only have capital but also your insurance should be able to take care of things that s company damage's. Bad business and very poor customer service. Not only that but it shows me you don't care about the people you serve. I pray he changes his mind, it won't cost much and hopefully I won't have to go to any extreme. Auto Shop Nightmare.

Auto shop nightmare.Took my truck to this Shop back in August last year and it's still not fixed. A simple radiator flush turned into having a hole in my engine. They tried to blame me for the hole, can you believe that. They had my truck for three long months then to say after I called them that a hole is in my engine. Someone with a wrench got to close to my air conditioner pulley and the wrench went through my engine. They didn't want to fix it, unbelievable. When they did it took another three months, now they have had my truck for six months and guess what. They patched it up and never replaced the pulley that they broke off and said I would not have air conditioning. Six months now I ask James the owner to make it right and he simply said he will NOT. For those of you that have had great experiences I'm glad you did but not me. It's not fixed and six months done went by. What company or owner will say they won't fix a problem that they caused. Now I have no other Option but to get my friends at Channel 2 Consumer Department to handle this unfortunate experience that I'm going through with these people at this Auto Shop. Good luck to all of you that have great memories with them because mine was truly a nightmare.

Despite not really getting estimates about how long your car will be in for, the customer service and servicing quality is past my expectations. And the costs are competitive too, no need to take it to the dealership. My personal goto place, definately recommend them.
