The pharmacists are on some ego trip and wouldn’t even bother to scan my student id when I tried to use it to pick up my perscription. They said it wouldn’t work even though I use it at the AIRPORT! I said “I just waited 40 minutes the least you could do is scan it in front of me and prove it won’t work to give me peace of mind that I didn’t just wait this long for nothing.” The pharmacist crossed his arms and said “I know it won’t work I’m not gonna scan it because I know” and I said “why not? You might be 1000% right but at least show me so I know for sure I didn’t waste my time, why can’t you just scan it.” Additionally, I have used this student Id to pick up the same perscription at another pharmacy in the area. Also, a month ago I got a text saying the perscription was ready. I went in two hours after I got the text and they had said I waited too long and they filled it for another customer already. The proper amount of time to wait before doing this is around 4 days, not two hours. This perscription is on back order so I had to wait another month to come in again. This time they said they only could fill 10 capsules for this month because it’s all they had, and I’d have to call in another perscription if I wanted the entire 30 days. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with and I recommend people use another place if you want to be accommodated. The guy behind me was around the same age as the pharmacist and agreed with me on the matter which made the pharmacist even more stubborn, like this was some ego game. All I was asking was that he scan it, but it was almost as though he wouldn’t for fear he would be wrong. I am livid at how much these incompetent bafoons have toyed with me on this matter for the past month. I have not been able to get my medicine and I am done trying at this place.

Apparently the pharmacist had an emergency and the pharmacy is closed…… ????? So you only staff one pharmacist that’s qualified to keep the store open at a time????? What if there’s an emergency for US?! So now I have to skip a dose of my medication, risk the side effects, and disrupt my own medication schedule because you couldn’t keep the pharmacy adequately staffed? Completely unacceptable, complete apathy and incompetence on the part of the staff at this CVS. Unbelievable.

The workers here are very polite, they always greet me whenever I walk into the store and they seem eager to help out any way they can.

We were approached by an incredibly rude staff member the second we walked in. I will not return to this CVS. He clearly did not understand laws implemented recently and threaten to fine us for doing nothing wrong. Obviously uneducated and ignorant. Not worth your time to deal with.

I have been a pharmacist for 29 years. With that being said, I know the struggles of working by yourself with no tech help. I just talked to Lance who is filling in today at your store. His regular store is 10865. He helped me tremendously while he had six other customers waiting. He was very courteous as well. This guy deserves a raise. Kudos to you Lance!

Store was fairly clean. Management was friendly. Told associate bathroom was nasty just to be told that she already knew. But the whole time I was there no one ever cleaned it.

I have used CVS since I can remember and they have always helped me to my advantage. They work on your side concerning your insurance company. They always call or Text me when my prescription can be refilled and can or text when my prescription is ready. I couldn't imagine using a different drug pharmacy.

This cvs is clean and looks new. They usually have the items I'm looking for in stock as well. The problems start when attempting to check out. The lines are SO LONG. Every time I shop at this cvs there is at least a 10-20 min wait at checkout... reasons for this include. 1. The employees constantly having to multitask and leave the checkout counter to help other customers even while there is a large line 2. The inability to use Apple Pay 3. The new slow chip reader system 4. Cvs having their own members card that I need to scan or input my phone number for. 5. Cvs app again hates apple so apple wallet cvs card is out of the question. 6. Cvs app is VERY slow. 7. They always seem understaffed. The prices at this cvs are also inflated compared to Walgreens and Walmart. This is probably because of the primo location. That's why I can't ever get my self to buy the brand names I want, so I always buy the cvs generics. If it isn't medication it's usually never as good as the original. Last but not least is the store hours.... really?... they get the downtown location and they decide not to be 24/7... is their overhead really that bad??? I mean jeez they are understaffed as is and it's obvious they are cutting overhead costs to make money... what kind of loans or rent are they trying to pay!!? So! Should u shop here? If u live downtown yea. If u don't and u have other close options, go somewhere else your money and time will be better spent.
