Sooooo RUDE ! I came up there yesterday trying to get my medicine. They said it wasn’t ready and it would take a hour. So I come back this morning & the Hispanic girl was rude from the jump , then she stop talking in the phone & caught an attitude because I could hardly hear her. So she calls the Indian guy over and he’s upset telling me it’s not gone be ready til 3, after I had just came the day before and they said it’ll be ready in the am!!! This location is ALWAYS RUDE! And your medication is NEVER READY WHEN THEY SAY IT IS… Need to re staff or shut it down !!!!!!!!!!!!

Going out of town and needing to get a prescription toothpaste filled called to make sure they had the prescription. Was told they did arrived at 12:45 and due to them closing for lunch at 1:30 the tube of toothpaste would not be ready until 2:30. It's a pre-packaged tube of toothpaste! ? They acted like they could care less about the customer or making the sale for the store.

Says open until Midnight, but the guy inside waved us away. I take the sign to mean that the doors are open until “midnight.” Get it together or change the hours.

Will be changing my daughter pharmacy! Get a text at 255 that her medication is ready. Staff failed to realize that my daughter had a duplicate prescription since JANUARY! So instead of fixing their mistake when my daughter doesn’t even have her daily dosage, I was told I would take 30min and not happening tonight. Then I asked this lady how is yall oversight our problem, she proceeded to say it’s a joint problem and maybe I should’ve gotten a paper prescription. I was like for yall oversight?!! ? done with this unprofessional, unprepared pharmacy mind you today is 2/12/24 and they are realizing this today, Spoke with a Howard very professional and may be the reason I do stay at this Pharamacy.

I call pharmacies all day as I work in a doctors office. By far the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacist/staff I’ve ever spoken to. Our patients who use this pharmacy have told me horror stories of their experiences with this staff. I tell all of our patients not to use this pharmacy under any circumstance. Extremely unprofessional and poorly ran.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Staff is rude and I am 100% sure that the young man working the window on 01/09/24 around 10am took a photo of my debit card and used it to order Door Dash the same night. When I reported it to management, they continued to be rude. Rude, unethical, unprofessionals! BE CAREFUL about sending your debit card through the window to pay for medications. If they did it to me, I KNOW they have done it to others!

I normally don't give one star reviews my time, but my experience today coupled with other incidences was enough for me to completely change pharmacies and never go back.My allergist called in a prescription for me (last week mind you, took this location a week to fill it), and I went to pick it up today. This pharmacy couldn't even fill an inhaler prescription correctly. The woman tried to tell me that's all they had on file for me but the prescription inhaler they filled, I don't even have an active, refillable prescription for. Then the story was I had never picked up prescriptions at this location before and that's why the correct one wasn't ready (????), when that is simply not true. And then, apparently they didn't have the correct insurance on file, so they couldn't fill it. Easy fix, I have my insurance card. She proceeded to barely try to find my prescription via my insurance, just kept on saying "I only have our system for our location", when I told her I've picked up from a CVS in Watkinsville, she said "well I can't go out of this computer". That was her response when I simply asked if other CVS's had my inhaler (because the final story was they just didn't have it in stock).Giving customers the run around and treating them like they are stupid in any career is absurd, but such behavior in a front-facing, people-oriented job is disgraceful.I just switched my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, and it took their pharmacists all of 10 minutes to verify my insurance and to confirm that my medications are in fact covered by my insurance. And this pharmacy was honest up front about their stock of my medication: they have to order it, but the turn around is 2-3 days. Not over a week and still no inhaler, like this location.This is the only CVS pharmacy I've had truly awful experiences at. Save your time and go to quite literally any other pharmacy in Athens.
