I called today to cancel. Had a head injury almost right after joining. Joined November of 2021. Only went twice. Had a injury in February of this year. Forgot I had a membership, till yesterday when the auto draft happened. Called to cancel cause I'm out of work low on funds. Called my home gym ," just to be told to call the 1-888-549-0293. To be told I had to pay upfront today. For them to cancel my membership. I have literally just been a financial donner for 2 years . Treatment was a call center who didn't understand what I was saying put me on hold and pretend to be a manager. Do not recommend. Miss America Family Fitness, from VA. So much for southern hospitality and Charm.

Pathetic experience when it comes down to membership cancellation. No information about the 30 day policy before canceling the membership was provided, when we sign up and they had to say was, “it is written in your contract”. If this is how crunch wants to keep their customer base, I would prefer any other local clubs instead.

I have been trying to cancel my PT membership for several weeks now and am still getting charged 180.00 every 2 weeks. I spoke with Skyler and Alexa at the gym, who both said they they would give the information to the director (I think his name is Darrell?) who was supposed to cancel my account. However, today I received another charge to my card for the 180.00. I contacted my CC company to submit a request to block future transactions from Crunch, but if anyone at the gym could provide further assistance or insight, that would be much appreciated!

Edit: Removed a star because they also can't read. Not once did I say they didn't clearly state anything. Actually, I said the opposite. They scam you and are proud of it. Secondly, I WAS a member of crunch. How could I cancel a membership if I weren't a member? Lastly, I don't care if you're locally owned by God himself, your contract is shady, and the owners lack of reading comprehension bolsters my point: They don't care about you as a student. Saying you're the best in Athens is setting the bar pretty low for yourself considering your competitor is Athens Health and Fitness. To the owner: Maybe, since your gym is so good, you should consider mental strength training before responding with diarrhea of the keyboard next time.
They claim no hidden fees but then make it nigh impossible to cancel. Be aware, also, that signing one of their contracts is tantamount to opening a line of credit. They will charge you, and keep charging you, regardless of whether you pay. Paying what you owe is important, but so is consent. Which these morons clearly have no perception of.
Secondly, making it a requirement to cancel in person speaks heavily not on Crunch as a company (Crunch allows online cancellation), but the franchisee of this particular location who has decided in-person, or certified mail, are the only 2 ways to cancel. There should be a push to make this unreasonable request unlawful.
In summation: greedy, deceiving, and thieving. You are better off sticking to Ramsey.

When latin tries to overtake and we hold both hebre and latin as our existence you pull Rafa into my space. I'm like blocking him with my head down. He is called on assistance on matters. I see myself as isreali french at space known as a grec in many colonies. Hebrew Mik-hi-ell speaks latin to me when we spend time together. The mechanics suggest we can release the iberico treaty. We have too much distress with the eypgt colony. The mechanics that hold and release treaties seemed to be balanced and well with auxi assistance healthy and available to do whatever work on the matter to include concepts such as paikistan, India, isreal in medical colonies ansmd our proper hidden safety cells of non disclosed concept. Treaty holding mechanics show differntly at different spaces, i hold priedmont writing and Luxembourg effect at balanced healthy space, and I don't know what that last part truly means in the more academic known as austerity world. It says egyopt pass existence in distress facing down fortitude Senegal. I'm guessing it's russia and Ukraine but I'm we just suffer and everyone stays nice. We aren't really forceful, we may bicker about things known as distressed parenting of offsprings to get self contained self control. Well, it could be improper call to arms of auxilary, as they improper hold rationed medecine and use our war mechanics to do when their isn't a war and those mechanics are thousands of years old, so they say they are maintaining them, but it is what creates the war. Which is known as warprofiteering. Again I married in the 90's and was really happy.

If you’re not sure about going to the gym regularly, don’t buy a membership here at all! It’s incredibly hard to cancel. I wanted to cancel after my first month, but they told me that even if I cancel, I still have to pay a $50 annual fee, so I decided not to cancel. I’m paying the highest price, which is $30, just for a Zumba class. However, I noticed that in the middle of the class, lots of people just walk in and join us! The class is supposed to be limited to 30 people, but it often exceeds 45. I’m suspicious that they aren’t actually paying the full membership fee since they usually join in the middle of the class! I can’t even move freely due to the overcrowding! When I tried to cancel again, they told me there’s a one-month prior cancellation policy, so they’ll charge me again before canceling! To sum up, in four months, I went there a maximum of 20 times, and I’ve paid around $200 with taxes!

Decent gym, some of the equipment is dated and definitely needs to be replaced. My biggest issue is that I came in to cancel, never signed anything, got no email and then was still billed. After, I was told that I couldn’t get a refund for some reason despite me coming in a whole 2 weeks earlier to cancel since I was moving out of state. The closest Crunch to me is 40 minutes away now so I can’t even use it anymore. Thanks a lot guys! Please train your employees better - former gym employee
