14 years of CrossFit and membership at several gyms in various locations. This gym offers great coaching, good class times, and childcare. I highly recommend, it also is convenient if you’re looking to drop in while visiting Athens as well.

Dropped in today and had a great experience. The coaches were very welcoming, the class was well-run, members were all friendly, and the gym space was huge and well-equipped.
I'd definitely recommend CF Liberate for drop-ins and/or if you're looking for a full-time CF gym in the area.

I have been doing personal training with CrossFit Liberate since September and can't recommend it enough. Coach E and Coach John create amazing workouts and have helped me so much in my fitness journey. They adapt to whatever fitness goals you may have and are excellent coaches. I have truly loved my time here!
