The girl there did not know anything. We walked in and she was to busy looking for her phone. We just needed a SIM card for our phone and she didn’t even know how to help us.

If I could rate this place no stars , I definitely would!The white lady with the black hair with red roots , is so racists and veryy veryyy rude to her customers , everyone went in trying to pay a bill and she tried to make everyone leave to go to other stores because she didn’t want to help anyone but a white family inside.Yelling at everyone like it was very unprofessional and I don’t believe she deserves a position at this store , … very unacceptable ! This happen at approximately 1:30 ish today 07/16/2023

If you want an AWESOME manager ran Cricket store look no further. Sarah is Absolutely the BEST!! She helped me right after 5 customers had just left and had to contact customer service because the Cricket Sim card was not working in my At&t Z Fold 3 phone I bought from At&t. She was able to contact not only her Supervisor Andrew who I spoke too and was very understanding but also the Owner Edgar who Absolutely helps new customers in his store. He made sure I didnt go to Verizon or Sprint or whoever and kept me with the Cricket family. I thank ya'll so mich for your understanding, compassion, and willingness to make a new customer feel welcome. Thank you so much Sarah but also Andrew & Edgar for helping solve the problem and making me super happy. GO CRICKET and this store helps people feel welcomed!!! 5 stars plus 1 - Ya'll Rock.. Sending referrals Asap....

Valerie added the Cricket Protect plan to both of my phones without my permission and without talking to me about it. The website is getting an error so I can't remove it. There is no answer on the phone at the store. I am on hold for 30+ minutes with Cricket customer service to try to fix this. I will not be doing any further business with this store.

I just want to thank Corey (in sales etc) for helping me during the process of purchasing a new phone! He understood addressed my concerns and answered my questions fully. Very pleased with my new device, the price and the service that Corey extended. I most definitely recommend this location, and I recommend Corey.

Just went to this location to buy two phones to spend at least $400 for these phones we arrived open sign on the door and the front door is locked with no one in sight. I understand that your employees have to leave sometimes for food maybe restroom whatever but leave a sign stating we'll be back or whatever do not leave the open sign on and refuse the answer a call I called twice I worked in retail for 10 years this is unacceptable.

I have not upgraded my phone in years because I hate the buying process.. My sales associate Keinyla R was like my lil life line not only did I get a great upgrade but the credit line and extra accessories was the sprinkles!!!!
