I stayed at One Athens from CTP. The unit itself is great besides the very limited storage. Maintenance was not done regularly. Not a lot of parking. Cars got broke into almost on a weekly basis. Packages got stolen often and random people looking through windows.

My experience with CTP has been great. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, emails, and are helpful with general questions. Each maintenance request has been handled efficiently. Emails are quick and helpful. They really do a great job working with college students and making sure needs are met.
