I used to love it here :/ they were my little family here in georgia that was there for me to care for my baby when I had no one else to help. I trusted them and I knew that they cared about my child. Recently the director left, and all of the regular staff help left with Susan. Now the school is being run by unprofessional, low class people that I am generally not fond of. All of the babies are gone. The girl who took over my child's classroom barely even speaks any English. I have no point of contact to ask how my child's day was or how she's doing. They seldomly update the kids reports and I will occasionally get emails but not consistently, something I have expressed to many of their leaders with no remedy. And now recently they have changed the drop off time due to staffing, but instead of getting in contact with parents through phone or email, they posted a notice on the front door. When my child only goes a few day's a week, I did not see the notice and was threatened by management that since it was my first time being late that this was my "warning". I am looking to enroll her somewhere else, I have been disappointed for over a month and after my experience with the new director threatening me and upsetting me before work I never want to deal with these people again.

They cover up abuse on the children at the center in Athens Georgia. I witnessed a teacher yanking a child’s hair to teach her a lesson for her misbehaving. Because the director was close with the teacher she covered it up! How can you be an educator and allow someone to do something so awful to a child and you stand with the abuser???? Go somewhere else, you have been warned!!

They treat my g baby as their own. They love these kids and take special care with them. I would def recommend this facility to other parents.

Absolutely the best daycare at an affordable rate. My grandson attends and the team of staff is amazing. They are very attentive and respectful. Ms. Timeka in the baby room is the best. She really cares for her babies. The baby's are allowed to play and get a lot of floor time. I get pictures all the time and I have no reservations about leaving my g baby there.

I love this place. They are the cheapest daycare in Athens and they are super supportive, sweet, caring, and nice. My toddler daughter has to go around and give all the lovely ladies that work there a hug before she leaves every day. I love the app they use. My only complaint is that parking can get a little hetic when its drop off/pickup time. Other than that, this place is perfect. Highly recommend.

My child has been going here maybe 3 week a I can already see the improvements from the other school we switched from...my daughter went to another childcare network facility and I was determined to get my son in one after the way the molded and taught my daughter so many things... I am so happy my son Now goes too..... he loves it...??...Thanks

very bad management! They called me late at night to tell me that the next day they'd have close due to snow (snow was announced days ahead!!) Same thing the following day! Closing for snow is not a big deal, it's calling at 10 pm saying that they just found out too and that they had to run back to the office to let everybody know. And then they lied to my face about it saying that all the other mothers already knew just to keep the money. I asked a discount obviously because I almost lost my job for not notifying my absence earlier and I because I don't see why I should pay an entire week when he only attended 2 days.I would give a 5 stars to the teachers, but management really bad!!

I love ChildCare Network #31! Great staff and an awesome learning experience for my daughter. We have been apart of this school for over a year now and I am so thankful for this school. Everyone here is so kind and even though Mrs. Susan has so much going on as the director of the facility...she always makes you feel like you and your child are her number one concern. She never fails to make me feel like whatever I need her and her staff are happy to help. My daughter has to give all of her teachers a hug everyday before she leaves and she's so excited to go back to school each day. I don't live close to the school and I drive from another county to bring my daughter here and I wouldn't change that for the world. ChildCare Network #31 as definitely been a blessing to me.

I have two kids attending this faculity since they were babies. My babaies love going to daycare. The teachers are nice and great with kids. I love the afterschool program i dont get off in time to get him out of school and they pick him up everyday and on time. They also give family discounts. Dont wait go check it out and tell'em i sent you!!!!!!!

I have never used their services, but did work right next to them for the last several years. I constantly heard teachers yelling at the kids, saw kids running around outside in the cold without jackets while the teachers themselves were wearing jackets, saw teachers run up and get into the kids' faces. Some former coworkers claim to have seen other things, but nothing I myself witnessed.

My child attended childcare network for the summer camp and i am very excited about the Smmer camp program this year. The staff was wonderful . Also the summer camp teacher did a great job with the children , my child came home everyday and could not stop talking about the things he did and the field trips they took.Thank you childcare Network for making my child summer great and keeping him happy and safe.
