This was my first time to use Car Craft after the change in ownership.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do quality work. Prices seem high but I'm not knowledgeable about comparisons. You want quality work that the shop stands behind - and they do. I'll definitely use them again.

Great and expedient service. They charged me the fee for examining my vehicle and told me they finished the work faster than expected so I owed nothing else. I was fully expecting to pay more and really appreciated their honesty.

Trust me, I have never gushed about the quality of service the way I'm about to gush about my experience with Car Craft of Athens, GA. (350 Hawthorne Avenue.) I'd had a very bad morning. My Chevy wouldn't start. Then it did start. Then the steering wheel symbol appeared with a large exclamation point next to it. So not good. Then my AC's cold air turned into very hot air. I was in for a bad day. To be totally transparent I checked with my A.I. source chatgpt. Together we tried to diagnose the issue, and determine if the Chevy was safe to drive. Chat said, maybe it isn't. I said, well I don't want to pay to have it towed. The Chevrolet dealership could not give me an appointment until 14 days from today. I saw 14 days of a costly car rental, 14 days of no progress on a repair, and a bill that would be in the five figures. Then online I found Car Craft. It had a 4.8 review rating. I called. Diana Smith answered and listened intently to my story of woe. In that Car Craft was close ,I decided to brave the trip over. I made it. I was greeted by Diana and her colleague Tanya Adams, and their boss - Kevin Thain. While their mechanic did a diagnostic, Diana and I talked about our childhoods in southern California. Then Tanya, who is a singer, reminisced about her trip to Graceland. Both Tanya and I are big Elvis Fans. The wait time seemed non-existent. Finally the verdict was in. I needed a new battery. In minutes it was installed. No more steering wheel symbol, and no more hot air! I was handed a bill I could not believe. Did these nice folks even charge me for their labor? And on top of that...I see a discount!!! And they gave me an ice cream bar!!! And I got to visit with their little fish named Carlos!!! Y'all might think I'm nuts, and in truth I probably am. But I'm not crazy when I tell you that I have discovered The.Place.To.Fix.Your.Car. I never met those folks before today. I am not paid to write any of this. I'm just passing along the easiest recommendation I've ever written. You'll thank me.

Very bad service...I took my car at first time in the morning and they call me at the end of the day to just tell.me they will be doing the repair until next day . And gave a paper to sign that my breaks pads and retour disc
didn't work and thats why I took it... very expensive prices and would not recommend it.
