We have been renting an apartment for our daughter through Boulevard since August of 2021. We have been very happy with them! They are friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly. So happy to have found good landlords in Athens who really seem to care about their tenants!

I lived at a house owned by Cole and his company for 2 years. I felt taken care of like family since day 1. Any little or big thing I needed, it was taken care of quickly. They were a huge reason I resigned a lease with them, I honestly regret not keeping them as my landlord.Always on top of communication, especially when I had to work from home and also show my house at the same time. They were ever accommodating and it was challenging for all parties.I would recommend Boulevard Properties to anyone in town and afar. Their maintenance guy Bob is top notch and taught me a lot about home repair.Incredibly thoughtful and attentive family business. 10/10.Take note other property managers. This should be the standard.

I've rented with Boulevard Properties twice now, and each time was excellent. They respond to maintenance requests very quickly, sometimes same day. They have an online portal for paying rent and staff is very responsive. The apartments I've rented have been well cared for and clean. They are definitely one of the better rental agencies in the area.

Owners are rude and greedy, charged a full months rent for not breaking the lease despite the fact renter was found to take it over immediately. Then they charged $100 maids fee after the place was left spotless. For cleaning the appliances, Kelley said. She thinks it was fair to charge an extra $100 for that. Couple owns these buildings with the brother and milk it like a Trailer Park, have many reporting to BBB. Be aware of hidden fees and bogus charges from these people.

I rented from Boulevard Property for a year at their Deville property. Rent was very reasonable and water was included. Whenever I had any problems, their team at the office was very responsive. They would send over pest control/maintenance people very quickly when requested. We received the majority of our deposit back-- they only kept a certain amount to cover carpet cleaning costs. I have horrible property managers now in Atlanta, and felt like I should voice my appreciation for my old digs.

Worst experience ever. They are a bully of a land/slum lord and they seem to prey on students. Unfortunately, I rented a duplex from an employee they have named Whitney. The rent was fair, true. The problem was that they continuously demanded to use my duplex out of the 20 on my street to show to potential renters. With no regard to my or my girlfriends class/work schedule, they blew our phones up, (in an attempt to schedule more apartment showings) to the point where we had to ignore calls! After doing so, I was confronted about not returning a call, despite the fact that we paid our rent in full on time every time, if not early. Stay away from this company, they lack experience and common decency. If you aren't part of the middle aged, hipster local crowd they will treat you quite rudely. "Service with a sneer." You would be better off anywhere else. They lowballed me extremely on "damages", all of which were there before I moved in and noted them on my move in inspection. Oh yeah and they kept all but $40 of my security deposit, which was a month's rent.

Everything went well all year, and then they kept some of my security deposit for no reason. The woman who shows the apartments was very nice. The owner was kinda... well, I kinda thought he was a bit rude. all in all they left me alone, the rent was fair.
