Joe,customer service agent, took time to assess my charges and was able to get me a refund and a bill reduction moving forward, with no loss of service/data. WOW!!! Joe! I’ve been on and off with boost mobile throughout the years. Joe, hands DOWN the best experience I’ve had at any boost mobile establishment. Joe is great at keeping the process as painless as possible. I highly recommend stopping by this boost if you want to change or get a phone. Joe is there for you! God bless the people in this store. I had a terrible experience in a different store and this is the only place I go to. They helped me recover my apps and contacts and my email that other stores said they could not do. They will try hard to help you.

Be careful. They charge for service that they don't do. Worst experience ever. They charge me for activation fee on a sim card even that they didn't activated. I ask for the reason of the fee and she told if I can afford to pay that I should look for other company.

Boost Mobile is selling COUNTERFIET Apple products!! I bought my first iphone from Boost on Feb. 27th. I have been a customer since I moved to this area 4 years ago. When I wanted some ear buds, the young man, Mike, working at the store asked me if I wanted the AirPods. He told me that he'd won a pair from the store and loved them. He gave me a pair out of the display. (My mistake for not asking for an unopened box.) I took the AirPods home, but could never get them to charge right. Thinking it was me, because I'm not very high tech, I waited and had a couple of people look at them to see if I was doing something wrong. I returned to the store on Mar 17th, and asked Mike to look at the AirPods, and he told me the battery was bad. Since I waited longer than 7 days to return them, Mike told me I would have to take them to an Apple store.Today, I took the AirPods to Simply Mac in Athens, and they told me that these were a counterfeit product and that I needed to take them back to BOOST Mobile. I returned to Boost Mobile, and Mike was working, so I told him what Simply Mac had told me, and Mike told me he couldn't help me because I had waited too long to return them. THESE ARE A COUNTERFEIT APPLE PRODUCT. I told him that he sold them to me and they are fake. Mike then told me that he never specifically told me they were an Apple product. OK, so this guy led me to believe I was buying an APPLE product that wasn't? I am attaching pictures of the product so you can see for yourself. I know I am Grandma age, and this young man took advantage of me because of my lack of high-tech skills. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card.Also, after I got home, I called and asked Mike for the name of the manager. He told me he could only give me her first name and that it was Erica. I asked him if I could speak to her and Mike told me she was not in. I asked when she would be in, and Mike did not know. I said, "You work at the store and don't know when your manager will be in?" Mike said he ran the store day to day, so she wasn't there very often and I could call back later.Thank goodness, it appears I have an unlocked phone, so I will be changing providers as soon as all this is settled. I can't believe Boost is willing to lose customers over a pair of ear buds.Oh, and yes, I have called Boost, gone through the automated system, and finally talked to someone in India (I think) who was difficult to understand to file a complaint.
