I just purchased an HP laptop less than 3 hours ago and its clickpad is not working. After calling, and several transfers, I learned the Athens, GA location won't accept calls. Now, I get to spend 1 hour+ of my time round trip in remedy or return. It's unfortunate that the Athens location won't accept direct calls.

I merely rated based on German beer. They do have everything you are looking for. Please don't ask me about the price. I explore all liquor stores and in search of a product, and if I find what I want I grab it. Lol!!

Excellent selection, higher prices, some customer service. We went in hoping to come out with both a desktop and a laptop. The salesperson spent so much time making a complicated sale that we never got helped and left without making a purchase. We ended up buying from Walmart and online. I have a feeling if we had looked like someone purchasing for a whole office, they would have granted us their undivided attention.

I went to best buy to get a New roku ultra. And I was very, very satisfied with my purchase. The guy who helped me was amazing. Thank you very much. You must go to this Best Buy. They know what they are doing there. And are very knowledgeable.

I have had excellent experiences with this particular Best Buy store in the past for in-person purchases. Because of this, I decided to spend more on a dishwasher from Best Buy than their competitors charged because I was willing to pay a premium for good customer service.
My order was supposed to be delivered and installed the day after my order. BB rescheduled that for two days out. BB then rescheduled that for one week out. No big deal. I was given a 4 hour window for the following week. I took off work and the dishwasher arrived with BB's third party contractors within the window. However, when they unboxed it, the top was dented in, the electrical panel was ripped off, and the inside was full of broken parts. Obviously they left. A new unsmashed dishwasher was scheduled to be delivered and installed the following week. I skipped work again to be at home for the 4 hour delivery window. No one came or called me during the window. An hour after the window closed, and after I went back to work, the driver called me and told me he'd arrive in 20 minutes. I left my job for home again. When I arrived someone from BB called me and told me the driver could not come anymore. They were unable to reschedule me until the delivery truck returned to the warehouse, and even then the soonest would be the next week. I was told I would receive a $50 gift card for my inconvenience. Here I am in the 4th week since I purchased a dishwasher. I finally canceled my order this morning. Then the BB associate told me I would not receive the gift card for my inconvenience because I canceled my order.
This treatment is unacceptable. Delays happen and that is okay. However, I missed 8 hours of work, waited for 4 weeks, and I still don't have the dishwasher I purchased. I will never order anything to be delivered from BB again. I understand some of the blame is on the third party delivery company, but ultimately BB chooses who they contract with.

Store manager (Ben) does not recommend customers buying BLU phones, yet keeps his sales team selling them and that to in open boxes billed as sealed boxes.
Items returned open have a $45 restocking fee even if they are sold as open box.
If they are sold open box, why do you make customers sign the restocking fee agreement and tell its okay just to get it sold.
What a joke!
Store manager and his sales team need to get their stories straight.
