Always a good location. Very attentive to their customers. Some things not in stock but I’m assuming that’s a company issue since a lot of their stores if went to lately seems to be bare of a good bit of things on display. Overall great!

Incredibly rude floor manager, tried to pawn off a display floor model of laptop to me as an open box excellent, would not shop here again.

First, I bought a laptop in “excellent” open-box condition, only to find that the keyboard was broken and it wouldn’t even turn on—despite the box saying it had been “inspected.”
After returning it, I purchased a brand-new one for delivery, but my FedEx driver told me the cashier forgot to include my apartment number, even though I explicitly provided and confirmed it at checkout. Because of this, my delivery was delayed by days, and now I have to wait even longer to receive it.
You’re selling high-value electronics, not fast food. Customers shouldn’t have to waste time and energy fixing careless mistakes after spending this much money. Do better.

I was looking for a m2 nvme cloner and they didn't have one. I find it very odd and inconvenient that a top electronics chain who specializes in computer sales wouldn't sell this. Got computer needs? Go to Microcenter

When we first walked in, the store was gigantic, tons of different electronics. This was my first time ever walking into that store, customer service was OK. Of course, I got to mess around with the screens a little.
Anyways, we came in looking for RayBand sunglasses. They had them in stock, but not the model we were looking for, unfortunately.

They have most of what you need, but they only have a 10 day return policy so you don't have much time to try it out or get the jest of it.
I bought a desk top computer some years back and I need to put a new internet address in it and they won't $40.00 just to help, way to hi for something that simple
