Opened up a checking account on the 10th and Deposited 3 checks. The checks said pending until the 14th. Well they didn't clear until the 22nd. Which caused me $250 with being late on my personal bills. Plus it's the holidays!! I'm not doing business with boa anymore!!!

My review is not of this location but Bank of America as a whole, if you are a small business client DO NOT open your account with BOA! They do NOT care about you and will do everything in their power to hurt your business by holding every check (including guaranteed funds like a cashiers check) for the maximum time! I have had my Business account for almost 6 years and this is the treatment that I still receive!(This will be posted on every single branch until someone high up enough fixes these issues!)

This company is an absolute joke. My wife was unable to change her name on the account unless all affiliated members with the account were present. However she could empty and close the accounts without anyone needed. We just wanted to change her name instead we just closed the account and moved to another bank.

ATM machine robbed me of 720$. Filed a claim, bank said that I had only deposited 523$. Have to file another claim to collect the rest. I have spent too much time on the phone because of their machine's mistake. Do not bank with Bank of America.And why go through social media to contact bank of America as is suggested below. Why not talk to someone directly? They make it impossible for you to talk to someone in charge.

Open and account 2 month ago gor 2 friend that were visiting the country with no problem.Today 6/14/22 they said it's imposible because of rules that been for a couple of year.Look that depend in your accent t open a new account or not!!!!!!

These people are dirty! Paid my balance on a travel card off and they continue to give charges and it's impossible to close out the account. They should be audited!

Excellent customer service and an extremely friendly and welcoming attitude. They were very helpful when someone stole my credit card number and tried to run up fraudulent charges on my account. Another time I had an issue with a check clearing into my account, the telephone support said they couldn't do anything and it would take 3 weeks to clear. I went in to this location and they had everything fixed and taken care of in less than 5 minutes, and that's including the time I stood in line!
