I have been a B of A customer for 30 years and opened my business accounts with them about 4 years ago. We are in the process of moving all of our business and growing assets away from Bank of America due to poor customer service, specifically at the Beechwood Athens, Georgia location. They do not accept walk-ins under any circumstances and when they say they would call me back, they didn't. I visited this location twice and was asked to leave both times because I did not have an appointment. The requests I had were not complicated. The poor customer service was from three different managers or senior staff on duty on different days. All of them made me feel like an inconvenience loitering in their lobby. If B of A is unwilling to even have a conversation with their customers, how can they be trusted to hold their assets?

Their website for scheduling is vey janky and makes you think you might be getting hacked! I cancelled my session on my phone because of it.They are always booked and it’s hard to see someone. Plus you feel like you are bothering them when you come in

My review is not of this location but Bank of America as a whole, if you are a small business client DO NOT open your account with BOA! They do NOT care about you and will do everything in their power to hurt your business by holding every check (including guaranteed funds like a cashiers check) for the maximum time! I have had my Business account for almost 6 years and this is the treatment that I still receive!

I got a settlement and the check is Wright on bank of america and I was told they didn't cash there own check so be wonrnd if you received a check on them there worthless and refused to say anything other then they can cash it well what the hell good is a bank that won't cash there own check And I would give0 stars if I could

There is no drive through teller lanes. The drive-up ATM is not useful if you do not bank with BoA but have a loan through them. There is no overnight drop box either. You must walk inside with ONE teller to handle in the influx of people. The teller was very nice but giving one star due to requiring customers to come inside when I just have a simple transaction to make.

I received euros as a gift for Xmas. I went to Bank of America to exchange the currency. I was told that I had to open account in order to do it. So sad. Just horrible.

I came here for a notarization and Justin was so kind and helpful! He made the process super quick! I was in and out in 10 minutes even though they were pretty busy!
