They were ready for me and I was really impressed not only with the quality of their workmanship, but their customer service. They had me in and out in a little over an hour. I had a few questions before deciding on one of their services, and they helped guide through the process for which I am thankful. This company is great! You won't be disappointed. “Tre was so helpful and positive when I went in to test my battery out last week. He got the battery corrosion all cleaned off and advised me on a helpful kit that can help prevent the corrosion in the future. We realized I would need a new battery and he advised me that the battery I had was an Advanced Auto Parts one so I would need to go across the street to see if it was still under warranty. I told him if it wasn't that I would come return and purchase a battery from him b/c he was so helpful and kind. I did return to get a battery from Tre but then got a last- minute call that Advanced Auto Parts could actually replace it at no cost and he gave me a high-five (even though he was losing the sale) and was just so happy for me. If any of Tre's higher-ups read this, if there is any way you can give him a bonus or promotion for his wonderful service, I would highly endorse that. Thanks again for everything, Tre!”
