My guy Mateo Henao did an absolute awesome job - was transparent with me the entire time kept me updated with what was going on & what was needed. When I struggled to find what was being asked for he went out of his way to help me find them - did an absolutely amazing job. Best of the best, next time I need somthing I’m 100% going back to him.

The service tech I spoke to on the phone was top notch.
She handled my requests and informed me about the mobile service that I could take advantage of.
The mobile technician was also fantastic
He arrived early and was done quickly.
They took care of me like I was somebody.
It felt good getting real customer service for a change.

Brett did a nice job getting multiple service techs to diagnose a difficult fix. Once I finally explained all the symptoms he was able to get it diagnosed and repaired. Now for just simple service calls.

Curtis, my service rep was very thorough. Also, upon paying for the service, he had already checked to see if I had any FordPass points, which I did and he then applied that towards the bill, which saved me some money.
